Just placed an order online and then was immediately cancelled. Called the store to figure out what happened only to be... immediately hung up on with no explanation. Called back AGAIN and was on hold for way longer than is acceptable and disconnectedon my own as the staff refused to answer. This is inexcusable, especially since WHATEVER the problem to cancel the order in thebeginning was all that I needed for better understanding in future orders. I don?t know why businesses make it hard to like their stuff today. But what I received from this Papa Johns is unacceptable... and gross. I ordered their ?Epic Stuffed Crust Pepperoni? and what I received is a big ol? circle of nastiness. There are fewtoppings on this and it looks disgusting. This is nowhere near worth the ridiculous $16 and change I got charged for. I willnot be ordering from them or from Papa Johns probably ever again. I had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant. The ?manager? and I use that term loosely, was completely rude and... disrespectful to everyone who walked in. I placed my order online as well as prepaid for my food. I had my husband go to therestaurant to pick up the food, and the ?manager on duty? let my husband walk out of the restaurant with an uncooked raw pizza.My husband proceeded to tell the manager on duty that the pizza was not all the way cooked. The manager?s response was to, and Iquote ?Sue Papa John?s because I didn?t care.? So my husband came home with the pizza and I went back to the restaurant and tookit back. When I took the pizza back and said I paid for a cooked pizza and I cannot let my minor child eat this. He then saidfine. I will remake the pizza, and come back in 15 to 20 minutes. I came back, the pizza still isn?t done, so I began to askquestions, and ask for his name so I can report this issue to their corporate. No one in the restaurant wanted to give me themanager?s name nor the phone number of their corporate office. I then took a picture of the manager so I could describe himlater to corporate and he proceeded to tell me to leave his store and that he was not going to give me my food or a refund. Soat this point, I had no choice but to call the police because this was not OK, especially since I had my child with me. Themanager then proceeded to lie to the police and tell them that he gave me a refund when he did not. I called their corporateheadquarters today to report the issue and I?m supposed to be getting a follow-up call about this issue. I also want to pointout that when corporate did look at the ticket for the order I placed, they even stated on the phone that I was not given arefund when the ?manager on duty? stated to the police officer that he gave me a refund and didn?t proving him to be a liar. We tried to make an order from the store, they delivered one of the four items. When we asked where the other items were the... delivery driver who was a Papa John's employee left without saying anything. Then I called the manager who proceeded to leavethe phone and never return. But unfortunately I got to hear him and his employees use colorful language for the next 10 minuteswhile I waited for them to come back to fix the order. F and n-words were flying. Ordered 2 pizzas and a dessert, got 1 cold pizza, the dessert, and an empty box. Delivery was 30 min late - it's a holiday... weekend, not a problem, stuff happens - but that meant the store was closed when I tried to call. I ordered from the app so Ididn't see the reviews for this store but if you're near store #406, your best (and maybe only) chance to get good pizza is todelete the Papa John's App and call Marco's. Called over an hour after ordering delivery to find that the pizza was still sitting there at the store. When the cold pizza... finally arrived nearly two hours after ordering, it was not even cut properly and had bits of paper stuck to the crust. Will notbe ordering here again. Read more

This is supposed to be a regular crust pizza. It looks awfully thin to me. The employee told me this was a regular crust pizza.... I would hate to see what the thin crust pizza looks like. Read more
