Disgusting I got raw pizza twice and couldn't get help with the issue.

I?ve gotten multiple horrible pizzas from this place and I am over it. The employees can?t handle making the food and the... drivers can?t handle being on time. Definitely worth driving to another location to avoid this one. Edit in 2022: newmanagement seems a lot better. They are outsourcing drivers from DoorDash and it?s been pretty positive this year. Online order was good. I wanted to try the NEW chicken Alfredo bowl.... Picking up the order NOT SO GOOD. A lady gave me the... order but immediately asked the manager to check me out....NO IDEA WHY THO...he was nice....I left a $$tip. WELL.....arrivedhome hungry bcuz just off long day at work. Opened the box...she(someone) had EATEN out of the BOWL!!! SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!!I immediately lost my appetite....I called the store ....Manager replaced the bowl. I didn't eat bcuz my appetite was totallyblown away.....I will be making a formal complaint. I hate to say it, as the manager for this store seems overworked. I tried explaining my situation to her and if she would... consider the words of the customer she could do better. I've had two different issues with this store this week alone that shetried tying into one. She's so outdone by her job, her memory is very short! I won't purchase ANY MORE pizzas from this store.They're all about making pizzas and collecting the money, but it's all down hill before and after that. And they have a knackfor thinking the problem is the customer. The place is a mess! The drivers don't work for the store. This food delivery thingthrough other companies is a health risk that becomes an argument between who's at fault legally. Save your money, cook your ownfood. Avoid the calamity that goes with ordering food that includes sanitary risk. UPDATE: This store has a new manager. I hadthe opportunity to speak with him for a while, and he comes off as honest and feels that he works for his money. I think he toldme he was from New York. He immediately credited me with two pizzas I was owed and apologized for the problem I had with theprevious manager. I get on average, one Papadia a week delivered from this location. So far they have all been accurate, on time and delicious.... Jalapeño poppers and brownies are pretty good too. Delivery team is also efficient and very cordial. Read more
