When I order a burger I expect it to be fresh. At least the tomatoes and lettuce cold and crisp. This double cheese burger had... the texture or consistency with being microwaved. Needless to say I was hungry. Service and atmosphere was good though. Read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I see why all the reviews I read are about inconsiderate staff and customer service or... lack thereof. Walked up from the hotel next door to sit down and eat. There was a women talking to the staff over the speakertrying to get food, and in a very inconsiderate manner she stated we don?t do takeout. The drive thru was open, but not doingtake out. I understand things happen, but after this experience and seeing the reviews, I would be willing to think somethingwas going on. Only get one chance to make a first impression, and this location?s first impression was terrible. Last but notleast, they only have items with chicken, no beef items. ??????????????? Read more

They threw together my burrito with what seems to be eggs soaking in grease with no meat or no tots both of which are supposed... to be on the burrito. It was so greasy my bag literally fell apart at the bottom and the food fell out. Whatever they put in theburrito was burnt. Just nasty man. Read more

This is the absolute worst Sonic I've ever been to. I don't like putting negative reviews like this, but felt like it had to be... done. So, I normally don't use apps to order food, but they had a coupon I wanted that was app only. So, I ordered my food whileat the lane and then I checked in to let them know I'm there and choose stall 3. I'm a pretty patient person, so I understoodthey would need to prepare my food, so it was all good. After waiting 15 minutes, I realized two people that ordered after mewith similar orders received their food. I look at my app and it looks as if I have already picked up my order. So, I hit thebutton in my lane. They did not answer until 7 minutes later. So now I've been here 22 minutes. I'm still not mad at this point,just a little annoyed. I inform them I made a pickup order on the app and they asked if I checked in and I said yes. They statedthey will bring the food out. I get my food: I order a Sonic burger, tots, and a churros milkshake. The food was fine, but mymilkshake was completely melted! The lady that brought my food was already gone, she was the only one bringing out food by theway. So I already knew the pressing the button would take too long, so I went to the drive thru. Waited a bit. No response. Iparked my car and went to the in person ordering station and pushed the button. No response. Total time at Sonic is now 40minutes...I'm standing at the station for a while and no one comes out and the button is still flashing. I'm just assumingthey're avoiding me at this point. Reading other reviews, I honestly feel like they were avoiding me based on their experience.I just wanted another milkshake(which is the whole reason I wanted to come to Sonic). So, I cut my losses and wrote this review.This store needs some serious attention. Read more

I had the worst experience at this location. I pulled into a auto order lane, turned my car off and pushed the button so as to... make my order. The first thing the employees said was, "Can you pull over to the other side?" Puzzled, I asked why? She said,"So I don't have to walk all the way over there to bring your order." I could not believe what she had just said. I wasthinking, girl don't you understand that I'm a customer and I came to get fast food for convenience and hey by the way, walkingless than 5 feet to the next lane is not like running a marathon. Just lazy! Keep in mind, I chose to park in the lane where Idid because on the other side, there were many cars and I was being considerate of others by not parking in the one lane betweentwo cars. Anyway, I got out of the car and reported this to the manager. It seems that most of the employees were teens. Themanager never said a word. She actually looked a bit unbothered. Lol I chucked that up to lack of experience. She wasn'tdisrespectful, but she wasn't helpful either. I decided to just go back to my car and leave..AND NEVER GO BACK. The sad thing isthat I had gone out of my way to go to that sonic because I remembered going to sonic as a kid and getting the strawberry limeaid. Well, I guess I'll have to wait until I go back to my home state. Businesses fail because they hire the wrong peoplesometimes. Sad. Read more

WOW THIS MY 1ST TIME PLACING A DELIVERY ORDER FROM HERE AND I WAS SO HUNGRY AFTER A LONG DAY I ORDER 2 LARGE MEALS AND NOT THIS... BURGER BY THE WAY THEY SEND ME THE WRONG BURGERS LITERALLY NO KETCHUP NO MUSTARD DRY MEAT TASTED OLD THE OTHER BURGER WITH LOTSOF MAYONNAISE DRY MEAT ONE PATTY MY TATER TOTS WAS HARD OLD NO KETCHUP NO NAPKINS I SPEND $25.00 ON THIS ORDER THE DELIVERY WASFAST IT ONLY TOOK 30 MINUTES SO MY FOOD WAS ALREADY OLD WHEN THEY FIX IT PLUS THE BAG WAS OPEN MY DRINKS OPEN LIKE THEY DIDN'TTOOK THE TIME TO SEAL MY BAG WOW ANYBODY COULD EASILY SPIT ON MY FOOD I CALL THE RESTAURANT BACK PLENTY OF TIMES NOBODY NEVERANSWER THE PHONE BAD BAD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN SAD ...... The only reason I?m giving two stars is because there was one girl that was trying HARD! She was taking the orders, bringing... them out, and taking the payments. I wouldn?t be surprised if she was cooking the food herself too. So this review isn?tdirected at her. We went last night and slow is an understatement. We waited at the call box for maybe 10-15mins, no one everacknowledged us. It just read ?red button activated, be with you shortly.? I suggested we try the drive thru. We got there andit took a while to place our order and then it felt like we waited 45mins or more for the food. The one girl was going in andout by herself!! Why would Sonic be open if you?re so short staffed!!! Then we finally get our food and I requested cheese onthe sandwich.. they forgot the cheese. I was just going to ask the girl if they charged me for it but before I could finish thesentence she offered to bring another sandwich with cheese. I mean her service was great and clearly she deserves a job thatcares about her. I wish we would have gotten her name but she was moving so fast. All of the complaining was going to her. Shekept apologizing for everything. I felt sorry for her. I also had some weird piece of something in the first chicken sandwich.No napkins or peppermints. But when she offered the other sandwich we asked for napkins and she remembered. Sonic should beashamed. Read more
