One of the more interesting reviews I?ll write. They are pretty good, I love the layout as they are one of the branches that has... a cushioned bench vs all wooden seating. Unfortunately after today won?t be back due to the rude people I encounter at andaround this location. Twice I?ve had to avoid accidents from people intentionally trying to cause them. This Starbucks doesn?thave a great solution for the drive-thru, it was raining and the line was completely blocking all the parking right in front ofthe store. All the drive-thru patrons were able to stay warm and dry but I noted all the patrons walking into the store wereforced to park in the center of the parking lot and walk in the rain due to this inconvenience. I waited for a moment to pullcar thru and some old miserable lady attempted to hit my car, now this makes a 3rd occurrence around this store. A solutionwould be re-routing the cars to the side of the parking lot vs having them block all the store front parking, it?s a wonder howmany patrons have stopped going to this location due to not being able to easily stop in for a mobile order, forexample. Lastly, second to last visit I was repeating an order to confirm accuracy as requested and another worker just came tothe person taking to order and blatantly interrupted in the middle of it so I was forced to repeat it for a third time. Afterall is said and done it?s just easier to give up on things than hope for improvement, ultimately I?d rather just avoid thisplace. Read more

The management is very much giving Karen. This is the third or fourth time I have had this issue and the fact that they do not... like to replace your item they like to give you a dry sorry and they do not answer the phone you have to actually drive back toStarbucks to make your complaint. I like my items double toasted I always order them like that and instead of giving me what Ipaid for they give me what they want to! When I expressed his to management she gave me a my bad didn?t offer to replace mybakery item and this was the third or fourth time as I stated before! And it was in a very condescending snarkish response.Diversify management so as Black women! I receive Fair customer service! Read more

The service was good, Amy was very nice and the girls there was quick to get me my order of four drinks BUT my hot drink had a... hair in it. I took the lid off and poured the sugar in and started to stir my drink but when I pulled the straw out there was ablonde/brown hair when I have pink hair and my mom and sister (who were with me) they have black and purple hair so I know it?snot ours. I was not able to return because I had to go to work but neither one of those girls had their hair tied which is a BIGproblem! Read more

I was in drive-through 08/30/2022 at 8:59 employee make the wrong size drink I left out of drive-through and immediately came... back around in to drive through back at the window in less than 20 seconds. Employee refused remake my correct size drink andtold me there was closed and she was very very rude. Read more

I ordered a sf drink for health issues and some how got a non-sf drink. I drove back and explained the mixup in my drink and the... employees literally just gave me back the SAME EXACT SUGAR filled drink. I drink the SF latte everyday so I know what my drinkshould taste like. I will never be back to this location. That?s extremely dangerous and just rude. Remaking my coffee wouldhave taken no time. I love this location because of their employees they?re really great and they help you out anyway they can, I ordered my coffee... through the app and since it was a rainy day I got delayed in traffic and my coffee watered down I didn?t know they make thecoffee as soon as you ordered and they were kind enough to explain that to me me and change my coffee for a fresh one, thank youa lot! We stopped here on our way home from Atlanta, and it's a very clean, modern coffee shop with a very convenient location. Less... than a mile from I-85, it has a busy drive thru and a spacious outdoor seating area. There are plenty of tables and chairsinside too. The bathrooms are always an indicator of the quality of a restaurant, and these were in great shape too. Friendlyservice and the standard quality food and beverage offerings from Starbucks as well. You'll find a very friendly teamwork particularly in the mornings, so, don't skip your morning c-o-f-f-e-e ! If you haven't... tried the little egg bites those are delicious with 3 different flavors to choose. My favorite is just a regular cappuccino withadditional half & half and I would appreciate it if one day I can find the half and half hot or even warm. The location isbasically new, I'm glad they moved from that tight corner that you almost missed white driving plus without Drive thru. This newlocation is beautiful, you can enjoy it as soon as you walking in with a perception of a big location because the floor toceiling windows that was a good choice, high ceilings awesome, everything around impeccable clean, bathrooms, outside and insideareas. The location counts also with a beautiful patio with enough chairs and tables to enjoyed. Stop by this Starbucks, I drivean extra mile to enjoy this place not.only the products they sale but the nice and clean space. Read more
