The absolute BEST Subway in Atlanta. Roberto and the other guy had excellent customer service and they were kind and efficient... with our orders. Roberto and his coworker deserves a raise for such awesome service. Much respect to them. Read more

Came in for a sandwich but decided to go to the bathroom. This was apparently a mistake as the older black man working there... yelled at me to see what I was doing. After leaving the bathroom he yelled at me again to purchase something. But given thatjust for existing I was being yelled at and given zero respect I decided against buying anything, which seemed to infuriate himmore. I contacted Subway corporate on multiple occasions who has yet to contact me, which I understand as they are constantlygetting bad PR for various reasons, but I took this as a sign to stop having subway altogether. Walked in the store at 8:35 to buy a footlong get one 50% off. The older black gentlemen with the accent told me they were... closing in 5mins and it would take too long for my order to go thru online since I didn?t have the coupons. This is the secondtime this has happen with the same person but before they called the manager to rectify the situation . Very disappointed; totell me they were closing in 5 mins and it was only 8:40 ????????????He should stay in the back and not work with customers.Nocustomer service skills at all!!!!! Read more

Honestly, this is the worst Subway I?ve ever been to. My boyfriend and I have ordered at this subway on multiple occasions. Out... of the four or five times we?ve ordered there, only one of the orders have been correct (to specify, these are mobile pickuporders). We always put in special instructions to put the sauce on the side (because who likes a soggy sandwich). Well, theynever read the special instructions. Usually we just brush it off because we think ?oh, maybe they were busy? or something likethat. Well this last time we were fed up with it. We placed the pickup order at 8 P.M. and we didn?t get there until 8:30 P.M.The lady was rude when I picked up the food, but I brushed it off. We got home at 9 P.M., but we didn?t eat the sandwiches untilaround 9:30 P.M. (this specific store closes at 9 P.M.). Well, to no surprise, they didn?t read the instructions to put thesauces on the side in containers. They mixed up the sauces on my boyfriend?s sandwich. He wanted a little mayonnaise and regularamount of honey mustard. Instead, his sandwich was drenched in mayonnaise and had no honey mustard. My sandwich was fine (otherthan the sogginess from the sauces, which wouldn?t have happened if they were put on the side like we requested). Well, Ithought it was fine until I found a hair in it. So, with the store being closed, we couldn?t take it back. So I called thestore after we woke up the next day. I explained the situation, and the guy kept saying ?oh, well you should have brought thesandwiches back last night?. I don?t know why he didn?t understand that we couldn?t bring them back since the store was closed.He eventually told me that he?ll go find out why the order was messed up, and that he?d call me back shortly.
