This is not the first store this happened to me at. When you buy a family pack, chicken, Biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy,... corn, slaw... you take your feast to the park, or in my case to the worksite for my employees as a treat for some hard work. Iget there, they open the bag happy and excited only to find: no cutlery, no plates, not one napkin!!! I get eating friedchicken with your hands.. I remember back in the day KFC gave you Lemon scented wet wipes. I guess now your expected to wipeyour finger-lickin fingers on your pants??? And please tell me how they are expected to eat side dishes like Potatoes and gravywith no plates or cutlery?? I I'm betting that some research company Determine that most people take their food home and canuse their own cutlery and plates and napkins, And they could save a lot of money by leaving it out. I can understand that. BUTit should be Part of the questions for taking the order.. What sides do you want? what sauces do you need? Do you need platesor cutlery? Napkins? Don't make me remember that KFC does not do for their take out whatever other take out does and providewhat you need to be able to sit down at the park and eat it. Read more
This TB needs help. Most of the time the fryers are off or something is wrong. I even went there once and they told me to come... inside instead of using the drive through. I am not sure why, but no. I went to the drive through to... get drive through. Idon't think its fair to the employees. They seem to be great, but something always seems to be wrong. I worked retail for a longtime. Most of the time, it isn't the employees, its the tools they are forced to work with. Read more
Normally I come here after work I can get some food for myself for my kids and what not and the guy manager is super funny,... super cool, very sarcastic. I love hearing his voice and I never really have issues here even when they?re out of stuff they?rereally nice about it. No big deal but I went through so I can drive there and the girl spoke so fast I couldn?t make out whatshe was saying What she was trying to explain to me that they only have grilled chicken with the bone inside. They had no TacoBell available and nothing else besides grilled pieces of chicken at 7:45 at night. This makes absolutely no sense. I worked atTaco Bell and KFC growing up so within the last 6 to 7 years. How do you not have a single taco a single beef, chicken or steakbag or even lettuce. How do you have absolutely nothing? That?s just pure laziness and not someone that I would want working formy business. At least be sincere and say I apologize we don?t have such and such you?re such and such not just we don?t havenothing but none in grilled chicken speaking so fast you can?t even understand her. I had to asked 4 times what did you say andit was so inconvenient for her to repeat herself. This is what you get paid to do baby girl do your job. I had an order on Uber eats from here for a chicken power bowl and they mixed steak into it. The steak is absolutely disgusting,... hence why I ordered chicken. It?s burnt, over salted, and it?s like chewing mulch. I ordered sauces for my food and didn?treceive any of them. My tacos were soggy and overstuffed with lettuce. Mind you, this has happened every time I?ve had Taco Bellat this location. I suggest driving further to a different location than buying food from this one. Read more
Ordered a VEGGIE Mexican pizza and was given a Mexican pizza full of meat that I cannot eat. I also ordered chips and cheese and... just got chips. I also ordered a quesadilla that I never received. Was told to pull around to the front where I witnessed staffmembers playing around behind the counter. This is my money you?re taking. Do better. Also will not answer the phone. This taco bell KFC sucks. They took 30 minutes to make me 3 hard and 3 soft shell tacos and still got that wrong and gave me six... soft shell which look like this disgusting taco I've attached. Save your money and time Read more
We ordered two chicken quesadilla MEALS and two nacho bell grandes, and received no tacos with our meals. Our quesadillas has... barely any chicken, if so it was tough and disgusting, and to top it all off, NO NACHO CHEESE ON NACHOS!!!!! How!?! I?m verydisappointed. Came to the drive through and could clearly hear people talking inside. Placed my order and got no response. Kept saying,... ?Hello? and eventually drove off. The bad thing is I am not even allowed to go inside to place an order. Horrible, inexistentservice. The Management clearly doesn?t care because nothing has been done in spite of the horrible reviews. It is close to myhouse, but I will rather drive to a farther location. Don?t waste your time. These staff and their Management don?t care at allabout customers. Read more
