I attempted to go through the drive thru, and if that was any indication of how this location is managed and ran, that is an... issue. The lobby was not open and the line of cars was at least 10 cars and at a stand still. If the lobby is not open, thedrive-thru should not be having these issues. Ordered through doordash everything was great and still warm by the time it was delivered. Food was fresh and good! Only thing... that wasn't correct was ordered spicy nuggets and got regular but they might not have them anymore and doordash isn't updatedwho knows. Overall happy and will order again. Read more
I think I have probably eaten my last meal at Wendy's! Whatever they have changed their oil to now leaves a bitter aftertaste... when eating fries or nuggets & even though the food looks good, it smells like the oil is very old. I had to stop & throw myfries out the window because the smell was making me sick to my stomach! Read more
While running errands, we were in the mood for Wendy?s. Went to the recently updated one in Peachtree Corners, but there was a... line and multiple employees were struggling to understand how to get the kiosk to take the coupon for the customer in front ofme. Even throwing hands up to say she had no idea how to get the register to work. Since the Wendy?s on Jimmy Carter was inour route, we left and stopped here. Fast, friendly, and freshly made. I thought they were closed when I pulled up because no one was there. Once I ordered, I understood why. No enthusiasm from any... employees (one actually physically HIT another one), when ordering something from the menu, I was told "we don't have that", andthe employees refused to give me a receipt when I asked. This location is not ran well at all. It hasn't been ran well for several months at this point. Last year, I went through the... drive thru, this was at a time when mask were still required. A male employee came to the window that appeared to be inmanagement, as he was directing several employees, he had no mask on. He took my money, gives my change, turns around, sneezeshard as ever while standing over the Frosty he was fixing to complete my order. I could not see whether he was directly over mycup, however 2 days later I was sick for 2 1/2 weeks. Thankfully, it wasn't COVID. So I stop going to Wendy's alltogether. About a month and a half ago I started going to this location again due to convenience. Nothing is better. It isworse. Since Sunday (today is Wednesday), I have been there on two occasions where there has been a sign up on the drive thruspeaker stating "Temporarily Closed" that was Sunday around 11a.m. and today around 7:40 a.m. Monday, they had NO EGGS... Isettled for plain sausage biscuits and it took over 7 minutes for them to serve. Yesterday, Tuesday went around 9a.m. there were2 trucks before me. One had already been pulled up, another truck was making an order when I pulled up. The trucks order flashedon the screen before my order was taken and he ordered 2 BEC Combos. When we pulled around they were trying to pull him up aswell and they were handing receipts or papers of some kind and the pulling him up. The young lady had a paper ready for me butbecause the truck in front of me couldn't move up anymore I just had to sit. She just went back in the window and let it close.After sitting for about 2 minutes I pulled out as I needed to get back to work. I love this Wendy's on Jimmy Carter Blvd.... The morning staff is very nice employees. My food was fresh...and thats important... to me and kids. The place smells good and refreshing the building is super clean. LMAO...THE BATHROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN SOCLEAN...THAT I COULD SIT DOWN ON THE ???? Ordered 2 double cheese burger meals for my sons and a Baconator meal for myself. When I checked my sandwich, there was only 3... short strips of bacon on the Sandwich. With a name like "Baconator" I was expecting more bacon ????. The manager on duty saidher name was Shatavia Foster. She was not very professional and refused to add more bacon to my sandwich. We usually get greatservice at this location but tonight was anything but that. I took a picture of the sandwich and really wish that I could postit here to show the sad example of the Baconator.
