I came in and asked for a place to plug in my laptop. No problem. Immediately seated. Jordan was my waiter. Service, food, the... personalities of the Jordan, the manager Dennis, and the hostess were remarkably upbeat and friendly. This stop for food, drink,and a game could not have gone better. Hostess was MIA for a solid 5 minutes with people continuing to come in and wait. Ordered BONELESS wings, burger, and fries.... Received bone in wings and was told they were out of boneless when they brought them out. Waiter said he didn't hear us sayboneless and that hostess was supposed to tell everyone they were out when she seated people. To top it off the waiter forgot toput our burger and fries in altogether. So we got bone in wings, which we hate, and the rest of our meal never came. Bathroomswere disgusting. Worst service ever! Probably the WORST BWW I've ever been to . Got sat after having to wait on a clean table . No biggie ... Got sat and order taken... . Ordered a corona and a mixed drink . App (fried pickles) and wings . One would think that a BWW could handle this order . Wellwe got our pickles and they were about half cooked . Raw batter under breading . OK ... Got our wings .. oh wait .. competeWRONG wings . They brought boneless when we ordered traditional.. oh and at this point neither the corona nor the drink havebeen brought to the table ... It was ok... There was more brisket amongst my fries than in my sandwich and the chicken wings from the sampler were awful. The... food timing was horrible too. Someone who wasnt our waitress brought my friends Burger and 5 minutes later i got my sandwich. Acouple minutes after I was served, they then brought out the sampler. Maybe dinner will be better ???? Waited 10 minutes after being seated for someone to come take our drink order. A different waitress came and finally took our... order. Half of our food came out before we ever got the appetizer we ordered. Rest of the food came cold...Waitress wasgenerally friendly. Read more
Dinner service was extremely slow. Customer occupancy was light and the servers almost didn't provide the customer service I was... hoping to receive tonight. I would recommend this place with higher ratings if some of the servers would actually do their jobsas intended. Slow receiving food and very little customer-staff interaction regarding service. All in all, it took me 2 hours tofinally eat and depart this establishment. Read more
