This McDonalds is alright compared to the other one across town. From my experiences, they seem to get the order wrong or forget... an item to my dismay. Other than the negatives you should have no problem coming here and enjoying yourself with the deliciousfood. Read more
Waited in our car for 10 minutes only to have old food brought out. The fries we clearly old and over salted, burgers were old,... had been sitting under the warmers as the buns were hard and the meat was gross! Spent over $40 and worst money we have spent onfood. Took 15 mins to get through the drive thru. Both windows did not know what I ordered. Got a small drink instead of a large.... Opened my bag and it had a fish filet when it clearly states the nugget meal. Wasted more of my lunch to go back to change it asI am allergic to fish. Do not leave the store without checking your order! I know staffing is a challenge, but last 3 times I have been here ordered... ahead with the app because of a food allergy. 2 times they included the cheese that I am allergic to, and the other they forgotboth hamburger patties and the fries on a big Mac combo meal. Having same trouble at multiple locations as I travel for work.McDonalds either has software issues and the option to skip cheese is never shown to the kitchen, or there are a lot of folks ina lot of towns that just don't care. Went to McDonalds on May 6 around 12:30 and I ordered an apple pie. When I ate it, it was so awful and I looked at the date on... it. It was to be pulled from the shelf and thrown away on May 5 at 5:44 pm. They pay people $15 an hour and they can't evenlook at the date and throw old food away.
