Four employees. Ordered. Waited about 10-15 minutes for a single drink that had already been made and had been sitting behind... the counter while other people were being served and it got watered down and had to be returned for a new one but the cashierwas friendly. Read more

Most of the people that work here very rude! They complain when you ask them to stir your drink or to make sure that it's... actually filled to the top. A couple of the employees will even say a few things under their breath were you can still hearexactly what they said then turn around and she will deny it and become very unprofessional in front of customers and startsaying things! Small seating area not really anywhere to actually sit and enjoy your coffee with friends. Really need to buildan actual Starbucks in Norfolk with much better customer service!! Read more
