I went to Taco Bell to pick up dinner for my son when he says, "Mom, isn't that sweatshirt she have on racist?" I looked and... could not believe my eyes that staff working was wearing a sweatshirt with a confederate flag while on the clock. Ordered the nachos fries box on the app, paid on the app, picked up our food, no nacho fries. We were informed that they had... been out all night... but we got charged for the nachos fries box anyway. They refused any substitutions, and refused arefund! The crew was very unprofessional. Ate lunch here September 4th. The soda machine in the lobby was out of carbonation, and no... one did anything to fix it. When asked to have the glass filled from the drive thru, it was done with an attitude of rolled eyesand a big sigh. I wasn't the only customer that mentioned the problem. Friendly service but for the 3rd time in a row they were out of half of the items on the menu. This is something that has... occurred each visit over the course of 3 weeks. I don't know why, but I will be taking a long break from here simply becausethey are always out of so many items. Read more

Twice in 2 months now I have seen these people turn someone away and tell them they need to speak English better if they want... help. In that same 2 months I have seen toddlers playing in the kitchen by the hot cooking equipment and heard one customerscold the kitchen staff for dropping f bombs in front of their children. I only keep coming because I have to come here for thework I do. This place is out of control. Staff is racist and management does not care. I have called corporate twice now andnothing has changed.
