I love the variety of pastries they have. I can always count on them having a few things that are staples on the menu everyday.... But they also rotate in various other items so I also find something new to try. The staff are always friendly. And theatmosphere for enjoying my purchase in store is lovely. My son and I needed a treat for his Great-Grandmother's birthday. They were about to close, but allowed us to grab two Cinnamon... rolls and Turtle cookies. This is hands down the best bakery ever!! Extremely cost-effective prices, friendly staff, love the coffee, and the care that... goes into making their baked goods is unlike anywhere else. First visit to this nice little bakery on Norfolk Avenue. Friendly, clean and the display cases were filled with wonderful... bakery items. Everything looked and smelled amazing. Wife had the lemon bar, I had the cinnamon roll. Both of us were verypleased. Will be back again. Read more
White Mulberry Bakery has the most delicious unique pastries. The flavor profiles are absolute PERFECTION! The carmel turtle... cookies were soft, the right amount of moist, and the carmel was the most perfect consistency. Their blueberry orange scones areTHE BEST EVER (YUM, YUM, YUM ????)!!! The cinnamon rolls were soft, loaded with cinnamon, and covered with melt in your mouthfrosting. Perfect pair for the infamous cinnamon roll chilli combo. The snicker doodles followed suit, and I have been cravingone ever since. I live two hours away and drive there just to get my goodies. Not only do they pour love into the baked goods,bit their drink are made with just as much creativity. My favorite is their lemongrass tea. It's a Nebraska style-sugarless,strong steep, and refreshing as heck. And if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon of reading or somewhere comforting tostudy, this place corners the market on ambiance from the front door, to the beautifully arranged bakery display, and even thefancy bathrooms. White Mulberry Bakery is amazing. Every last item I've tried is a delight. It's the best breakfast and dessert in Norfolk,... NE. **Warning** Don't come if you are on a diet. It may be the first time you visit, but it won't be the last. As a residentof Arizona, my family and I stop by every time we are in town. In fact, White Mulberry Bakery treats were my birthday cake as mybrother and sister in law sent a varied assortment of a peanut butter cookie, a berry scone and some phenomenal coconut andchocolate bar concoction. In person, it is hard to get past the peanut butter or the brookie bars. The cookies, cinnamon rollsand various other seasonal confectioners are out of this world too. If you are looking for something to impress the office, adaytime date, or a hip place to quietly enjoy some downtime, this is the place. Just off the main downtown street, it is agreat location to hide out to get some serious work done (although no Wi-Fi so you'll want to pull everything up on your laptopto work offline before heading over). Note: the circular stairwell looks like it leads to an outdoor patio upstairs, but it isclosed to customers. However, it is part of the lovely ambiance. The staff is always friendly, the vibe is elegant and hip andthe food is wonderful.
