Frequent this business a lot and usually in the VA beach area. Went there for lunch with a coworker and we stood in the front to... be seated for 10-15 minutes and just left. Our time is limited for lunch and it just really cut in to our lunch time. I'm surethe issue is COVID,social unrest,economy, supply chain and short staffed...(ect) So no reason to complain but Im not going tovisit this establishment specifically as my time is valuable and I'm sure thier is too. I can safely say tonight I received the worst service in my life. It was not very busy but it still took an hour to get our... food. Waiter was awful, brought half the table straws, took 10+ minutes to bring our drinks and forgot to take half the table?sorder. Didn?t get any napkins, had to walk to the bar. No refills even after asking more than once. Waiter made the peoplepaying come up to the card reader to pay and asked if they wanted to leave a tip. Seemingly to guilt them into tipping. I alwaystip but given that ridiculous ?service? I wouldn?t have tipped at all. He basically got paid for nothing. Will not return tothis location ever. We had to seat ourselves. We ordered our food and waited for a hour. While waiting for our food we did not get our drinks for 45... mins. The bar was slow. Our appetizer came out after our food did. We had to grab our napkins from the bartender. When we paidwe had to go to the waitress computer and pay. This is ridiculous. Do not waste your time. You can order Grubhub and have betterservice. We placed an order, were told it wouldn't be ready for an hour and a half. Okay, that's fine. Well it's 10 minutes before it's... supposed to get here, we got an alert that the door dash driver got to the store, then the order was cancelled. We've beentrying to call the store for half an hour now to figure out what's going on or at least get a refund and they aren't answering.We can't contact door dash since we ordered through the app. Still calling and every time it has us on hold for a few minutesthen says no one is available and it hangs up. We came in on a Sunday afternoon. There was only one other table in the restaurant. We stood for about 5 minutes before anyone... came to the front to greet us. We were told to take any table, and after 10 minutes, no one had come to our table. I told thehostess the next time I saw her, and she told me she would get our waitress. By the time we placed our order, we had alreadybeen there 20 minutes. Someone from the OTHER table came over to tell us they had been waiting for over an hour and still hadn?tgotten their food. We waited it out, and they brought one order about 45 minutes after we ordered. And then after another 30minutes the other order hadn?t come. Poor. Waited a good 15-20 minutes for a table. The main seating area was empty and every table was clean and dressed so that was... confusing. Then we get seated in the secondary seating area and 50% of the tables are occupied, the other 50% of tables don?thave people sitting but are instead littered with plates and food remains waiting to get cleaned. After we get seated it takesour waiter a long time to take our order then when we finally do order our food takes at least an hour and a half to come out. Iordered the curry wings and my friend ordered spicy garlic,and man? SALT. It hits you in the face. It?s as if I took a shot ofsalt before biting into every wing. Hardly edible. Overall the food left you dissatisfied and the server lacked professionalism.After all was said and done he asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I said no. I always tip dining in but this was an exceptionI was way more than willing to make. I want to say I enjoyed the drinks but I paid an extra $3 to make my Bloody Mary ?wild? orwhatever which means to add special garnish and all but I didn?t get it. I got the plain Bloody Mary but paid the extraprice. My girlfriend went to the bathroom to go wash her hands and the sink faucet was broken and went to go tell an employee,they ignored her and rolled their eyes.
