Laced and low key. Definitely a shop for anyone and everyone. Large space, lots of seating. (Can be a lil chilly) Food (soups,... sandwiches, wraps, burritos, etc.) inspired from all over the world. Lots or drinks such as hot teas, iced teas, sodas (cannedor Italian), espresso, coffee, alcohol, matcha, juices.... Games to be played, self bussing areas, items to buy (tea sets orFrench presses) Staff is very efficient and hard working getting your drink out fast they Are Really nice; food is freshlymade and may take a bit longer ( also there is online ordering) *I highly recommend the ShakShuka, very satisfying (not spicyhot in anyway)* (Business comes in waves, a line and then a spot of dead, repeat) This place has their sh** TOGETHER?? Cafe Stella looks small from the street but when you enter, the space is open and dotted with tables. It has low lighting,... antique decor, and another bar in the center that brings a feeling of comfort. Their menu is large and can be intimidating whenyou look at it above the register. From sandwiches to pastries, specialty tea to more common bread coffee choices, your notshort on options. I choose the Green Lady juice and the last scone from the display case. The juice was surprisingly sweet withhints of ginger. I could taste the celery on the back of my tongue. The scone had a dab of apricot jam in the center. It wasparticularly moist. I've never had a scone this well-made with. It didn't fall apart in my hand all while feeling light. Iwanted another one but I have to get here earlier for that. All in all, I'm definitely returning to try more of the menu. Ibarely scratched the surface of this place. Read more

Went in around 8 pm and the weather was perfect and so was the visit! The place was spotless and the music was great but not too... loud. The highlight of the night however was the amazing staff! Specifically Katlyn, she was so helpful and kind. Definitelyrecommend going! (Also the food was so good I highly recommend the turkey sandwich) Read more

I frequent Cafe Stella on a weekly basis. This is the only place that I buy whole bean coffee, which is prepared by the owner... in-house. Along with a can of coffee, you will receive a complimentary beverage. The best food is the salmon & lox bagel, theturkey club, and bigos. The new expanded space allows so much more people to drink and work. Read more

Great, relaxed atmosphere. The food I ordered this evening wasn't very inspiring though. The $10 bean burger was quite dry and... came with only a thin veneer of sauce and the barest of vegetable toppings, with a small serving of pita chips on the side. The$6 Indian seasoned sweet potatoes didn't taste very seasoned, and more like the sweet potatoes that I make in my air fryer. Notbad, but not special. Edit - I went back and had the quinoa chickpea burger. There were mere scraps of lettuce and almost nosauce on the patty, resulting in a very dry burger. Separately, when I asked the guy behind the counter to turn the music downbecause it was so loud we almost had to shout at each other across the table, he refused to do so, saying that's what thecustomers like. Rating dropped from three to two stars. Edit - in response to the owner's reply, my friends left with me, sonot sure how they could have "apologized"; they all thought the music was too loud as well. The quiet room was occupied; Iappreciate you letting me know about it and we will look to use it if we come back. Read more

Got the Turbo Cola and a Cafe Burger. Legitimately one of the best burgers I've had in my life, easy top 5. Bunch of wonderful... flavors mixed in top of an amazing beef patty. The Turbo Cola was probably one of the most interesting drinks I've had. Was likea coffee mixed with soda and the energy of a redbull or two. Definitely interesting. Highly recommend this place, not bad atall for the price. Read more

I don't live close by to the area, but every time when occasion arises and I'm near the Ghent area, I am gladly stopping by the... cafe. This time my wife and I were looking at the nearby places for a breakfast and I decided to introduce her to CafeStella. Right at the opening time there was already a line to the register of people, anxiously waiting for their morning fixes, but we welcomed it as a sign of the place being well liked by locals. We've ordered our food and sat down at the table withfreshly made coffee. Wait for our order was little long, but not too uncommon when you considering that the food was freshlyprepared for us. Upon tasting our food we have both realized that it was not salted enough. It was surprising, but again good, experienced chefs have tendency to under-salt their meals. I quickly found a salt on a condiments table and everything wasfixed. We've sat down at the table probably another 20 minutes after we've finished our breakfast without any interruptions, just having our morning conversation and enjoying the surroundings. Read more
