Placed an order for delivery around 5pm and after two hours I called the restaurant who claimed to have called to let me know... they do not have a driver. They said they would remake the order for us if we came to get it but the food was all cold. Thestaff was extremely rude and refused to give us a refund. This location has gone downhill. We will not be ordering from hereagain. Read more
I?ve had Channellos Alexander the Greek pizza from other locations but this one on W. 21st St does it best. IDK why but it taste... better to me and it is the only pizza I buy after discovering it a couple of years ago. Showed up to get my order and was given the wrong sodas. Told him and he said all they had was diet. So I'm out my money and... have no drinks for my dinner. Didn't even offer to adjust the check ( it was prepaid anyway ). Maybe choose a different locationthan the Ghent location or a different store entirely. Read more

Pickup order tonight, the mild wings were meaty and flavorful as a starter for the E.B.A. PIZZA (Er'thang But Anchovies) and it... was tasty! Last three or four times we?ve tried to order delivery, and after having to call because the estimated delivery time kept... getting pushed back, were informed our order couldn't be delivered because the driver ?locked their keys in their car??.on eachseparate occasion.
