Friendly service. A little stingy on the portions and not everything was readily available. Still was good though. Parking was a... B trying to accommodate close by because I had a dog in the car and a baby/stroller. So prepare for that. ???? I drove therebecause I thought the price for delivery was expense, turns out the price to go through the tunnel there/back and frustration offinding parking it would've just made more sense and cost the same to stay home and have it delivered. After seeing the advertisement of the new Guajillo Steak, I had the bowl and it was decent. A bit salty for me, but I'm "salt... sensitive" so take my opinion with a grain of salt (hahahahaha! ????????). Service was quick & friendly at this location and myside of guacamole was good. Read more
August 28th, 2022. 8:21 PM. This one star rating, as many others have expressed is well-deserved. The food isn't the issue, as... it's about on par with what you'd expect from a chain burrito joint. This issue here is with the staff and I believe that comesdown to either poor or absentee management. Tonight, for example, there were 7 visible employees working, with 1 making orderingand the other 6 cleaning up and breaking down the line. I totally understand wanting to be ready to go home on time but A) Thereis more than 1.5 hours until this location closes and B) Myself and and 2 other customers has to wait upwards of 5 minutes foranyone to ring up our completed orders. No one assisted us with check out until after we had asked for someone to check us out.Surely 1 person out of the 6+ cleaning up could have stayed on the register. Don't expect much to change at this establishmentas I'm sure the Management turnover is just as bad as the Employee turnover. Read more
Literally eat at ANY other Chipotle, not this one though. Ive had a few okay experiences here but thus was the last chance for... this location. After not ordering from this locatiom in a couple years I gave them another try today and boom a bowl withchipotle wax paper in it. Be aware that outside of almost always having severely undercooked rice that make your teeth feel liketheyre chewing teeth, apparently they are now adding extra fiber in the form of wax paper. Save yourself a few bucks, if its notone thing here its another, just shut it dowm already. Read more
Young but professional, and effective staff. The food is always fresh to include the chips from my experience. Also, they let... you know what they don't have upfront so you're not disappointed if you can't tell what's not there from looking. Read more
I went in yesterday evening probably around 6 or 7. I have to say this place used to be my go to in Ghent. I didn't order any... food because as I walked in the front door there was trash all over the floor from an over filled trash can. The area by theoutside of the front door didn't seem to be looked after either. So I walked up to the counter I was greeted with an attitudethat conveyed they were busy. Online order I'm not sure what. The rest of the staff didn't appear to be that busy. I asked ifthere was a manager present ... the young lady said she and another person were the managers. So I told them about their trashall over the floor and left. I used to think so highly of this place. I don't what has happened. Read more
I came during lunch and they are only doing online ordering, so I had to order on my phone while sitting in a mostly empty... restaurant with basically no one making food and had to wait forever. Weird. Won?t be back. Read more
I went to pick up my burrito bowl on my dinner break and when I got back to my parking garage and tried the food, it was... inedible. The rice was so old and crispy at a 7pm order time. I threw away 95% of it. Read more
