My husband ordered delivery via the Chipotle app, like we always do. Never had any major issues? until tonight. I got home from... work excited about my bowl, I was highly disappointed to find that it was not what I ordered. The lid was correct but the insidewas completely wrong. This place is totally inconsistent and always have issues going on. One day it?s only cash payments, the next they?re only... taking online orders or they would be ?closed? because they?re district manger is going to show up sometime that day and theydon?t wanna clean twice. Or for another instance they ran out of Guacamole, chicken, and corn for a week straight! Do notrecommend this location because you never know what you?re going to get, reliability and consistency is lacking at thislocation, only thing they are good at is being consistently unreliable!! This location has many problems. I do not recommend coming here. Poor service, Food quality sucks, food is never ready at... opening, hours of operation fluctuates weekly. Never ???????? Again twice this week my food was AWEFUL! Soggy and clump food. Iwill never eat at chipotle again! Read more
Put in our order and got there to find out there is no lettuce, cheese, salsa available. Like half the meal is missing if that?s... the case. Asked if they could put Guac on for free since it has no toppings? ?No?. Got home to open the bowl - the ?guac? isjust an unripe avacado sitting intact in the center of the bowl. Order online, after come back home realized that food was cold and one plate was missing, return back and ask for the missing... plate and not even apologize for it. Start eating my burrito and never see the meat until the end, like 4 piece of steakapproximately. And finally at the bottom end of the receipt hanging from the bag on the back was 3 or 4 grain of rice stick tothe receipt with a piece of hair, i like chipotle but i will never go back to this locattion ever again. I?ll keep it brief. Unfortunately I had to go in to my place of employment on a Sunday and I found myself at Chipotle later in... the evening. To their credit, they eventually made time for me after I was just standing there awkwardly looking at them andwaiting for someone to ask me what I would like. I didn?t even know whose responsibility that was. I understand that everyonewanted to go home in about a little over an hour - but to already have all the chairs on top of the tables, several trash cansout in the seating area, and one of the main entrance doors locked that people kept trying to open by accident? That justscreams ?don?t come in here?. I did however come across this amazing Tobasco sauce that I would like to purchase. I usuallydon?t enjoy spicy food but it made the meal awesome! Do NOT order pick up / Delivery ? you WILL be disappointed here. Just go in and watch your food being made?. That way you won?t... have to keep chatting with chipotle ?Pepper? on the app to seek compensation.
