We placed an order for delivery. We immediately received a call notifying us that the delivery drivers had not come to work and... they had no way to bring us the order. We told them we would be glad to pick it up. The two people working were very apologeticand discounted our meal since we had to go get it. This was great customer service. Read more

I'm a out of towner and let me take a second to brag about the morning crew. Went in at 11am and I'm never had such great... customer service. Cashier was so freaking friendly. Wish they where like that where I'm from. He exceeded my expectations. Wentabove and beyond. Will return again. Read more

I never leave reviews but this experience was the worst I've had in some time. I paid for the order online then when I arrived... to pick up the food the doors were locked. I knocked and was ignored so after reading the email I saw the no contact pick up andfigured with the door locked that's how they operated. I started the timer like it said while I parked directly in front of thestore with my 4-ways on. Almost 10 minutes later after 2/3 failed call attempts a delivery driver walked out and asked if I hadan order. I said yes and he then told me I had to knock and pay for my order, I told him I had already paid and knocked onceonly to be ignored. Then he walked up with me shouting "he's here for a pick up!" Finally they opened the door and the same guythat someone actually posted a picture of on a different review was very short and rude and said your total is 50 something andwe aren't taking cash right now. I let him know I had already paid and he was like oh yeah I guess you did. Never apologized formy wait or for being so rude in general not to mention not paying enough attention to see i already paid 50 plus for the order.The delivery driver was friendly but every one else in the shop were extremely rude and unprofessional. They keep the doorlocked and ignore people when they feel like it. Very disappointing and the food sat for 10/15 minutes longer than it shouldhave. In need of new management and retrained to deal with public. 100% won't be returning. Read more

I just really can?t believe this? I have actually bragged about this domino?s, but tonight, not so much. They don?t have a way... to request wings extra crispy, so I always request in delivery comments, the last few times my wings were soggy and gross. So Iordered my regular order and called to verify I wanted them extra crispy. Glen let me know that they were not going to burn theplace down for me. I couldn?t believe he actually saw you that, I was only asking one small thing. I asked him, did you reallysay that? He sates, I really hope Dominos records their calls, could save a lot of customers. I have ordered from this pizzaplace exclusively since I moved here, Natasha, my delivery driver, and every driver has been great, but Glen has got to go anddo something very far away from customer service. NEVER order from this Dominos. Every time we order from this location, there's a problem. This time they voided our order... without our telling them to. We sat around and waited for food that would never show up. Read more

i don?t usually leave reviews for restaurants because most of the time it?s just not that big of a deal to me but i tried to... order carry out over the phone and i called this location 4 different times, on each call i was put on hold and then the phonerang and the cycle repeated till someone picked up the phone and hung it up. i was on the phone with these people for 15minutes. i was like alright fine i?ll just order online but dominos system or online website is just not working so i had toorder somewhere else which usually isn?t a big deal to me but there?s no reason any single person working at this locationcouldn?t have answered the phone, i personally work in fast food and would have never ever treated a customer like how thislocation treats theirs, i?ve had several issues with this location and i just simply will not order from this location again buti felt i needed to voice my complaints because i?ve been way to patient. Large pizza did not have buffalo sauce on it when it was delivered. And they expected me to drive to the store to have them fix... it. $49 and some change and they expect me to drive there to fix it......the other one just arrived! It has plenty of buffalosauce on it! Changing it from two stars to four. Read more
