MY DAUGHTER AND I VISITED THE MONTICELLO LOCATION AND ORDERED 2 POKE BOWLS, AND 2 TARRO TEAS WITH BOBBA, WE WERE STOPPED BY THE... LADY, SAYING WE HAVE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS, WE HAD AN EMERGENCY SO I KEPT WALKING TO THE PERFECTLY FUNCTIONING RESTROOMS. WE SATDOWN TO EAT OUR MEAL, THE LADIES BEGAN TO CONVERSE IN THEIR NATIVE TOUNGE WHICH MADE US VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE CASHIER CAME ANDWIPED EACH TABLE AROUND US, ALTHOUGH WE HAD BEEN THE ONLY CUSTOMERS FOR THE 35 MINUTES WE WERE THERE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEAND OUR MEAL WAS FLAVORLESS. Read more
I would fight the entire staff of the Norfolk store if i could, waited about 30 minutes to get my food and when i finally looked... at it when i got home i was insanely upset that i spent $21 on a poke bowl with around a half cup of rice and the more saucethan protein.. the store in Chesapeake is lovely and i figured i would receive comparable service. Nasty. Chicken had no flavor.. bulgogie buns were soggy, Japanese chicken on the menu is a joke it looks like sad chicken... nuggets and to top it off the actual poke bowl was lacking everything. This location put in little to no effort with our orderso we will not be visiting again. On a brighter note the location at PTC in Hampton has never failed me! Read more
We were served by Pamely and she was amazing! She was nice, polite and gave great recommendations! I wish more places had great... servers like her. Both the Peach Berry tea and poke I ordered were fresh and delicious. The poke bowl was huge! The place wasreally clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing yet modernly decorated. I noticed they also serve Ramen and water is freelyavailable with cucumber slices in it, which was a nice healthy touch. Will try next time! We'll definitively go again and can'twait for the Domoishi in Harbour View, Suffolk to open! Read more
