BEST CHINESE TAKEOUT IN NORFOLK! My husband and I have been going here non stop for weeks! We honestly didn’t expect the fresh... food, fast service and reasonable prices at first. This is an absolute first pick for speedy lunch takeout. It has never takenmore than 10 minutes to wait for an order (even a $40 order!!) We truly enjoy stopping here. Waited two hours for my order. Called restaurant they said I typed in wrong phone number. Also had the same issue where they... changed the tip amount after the food was ordered. This place was my go to Chinese restaurant. I ordered food for delivery today and they missed one item from my order. I gave... them a call and they lied to me and wasn’t willing to Compensate me until I got an attitude. After I got an attitude theyfelt obligated to do what I asked. That is unacceptable. The food is good but no matter when you order you wait over an hour for your food. They mandatory. Changed for tip on the card... which is fine but why do I have to wait so long. I ordered food over a hour and a half ago for delivery and now they are closedand not answer the phone and my food is still not here. Read more

The delivery was fast we received it before they said it would get here, and the lady one the phone and the one who delivered... where very kind and helpful. The chicken lo mein was ok and the orange chicken was good with a strong flavor. Though the reasonI am rating one star is because when we got to our pork fried rice some of the pork was cooked but looked old, while the rest ofthe pork was half way cooked or almost raw. I would try again but I don't trust that I won't be consuming raw undercooked meat.If you do still try this place I suggest you stay clear of the pork. Read more

The food is good, the only issue is that you only get one ontre and if you want a couple different flavors you will need to... order two different meals. This increases cost and gives you too much food. On another note, their small serving is definatelyenough for one person. However, if you order two small servings because you want to try two flavors, you will end up with twicethe rice and two bowls of food. It's too much and leads to waste. I don't have a favorite dish, there are several that aregood. Orange chicken isn't one of them though, it's simply fried chicken with orange peels and a little spice added. I'm alsonot much of an orange chicken fan... I simply tried it here several times and was disappointed each time. Other than that, it'sa decent place to eat.
