3.5. This is a tough one because this place could make easy changes to be 5 stars. Utilize your employees better. 4 bar servers... and 2 cooks is a bad ratio for a Sunday when it?s mostly families ordering food. Understand there is staffing shortages. Beer isover priced for coming in plastic cups. Get glass cups or lower price. And finally the fly situation outside makes eating on thebeautiful patio not enjoyable. Definitely eat inside and the hangout outside. Service is nice and a really great spot. Food wasgood too. Only complaint is our pretzels were hot out of the oven and amazing but my loaded tots were cold. Will be back. Read more
The ribs were solid don't get me wrong but it took 36 minutes to get me this plate after I ordered. All this food is pre... prepped, it should be plated in less than five minutes after the order has been taken. Also found it odd that they sauced thebottom of the ribs but not the top. This place is awesome...great for young and old, singles, dates and family night. They really capture it all. The outside area... is really nice and fun with life size games. My favorite eats were the peppers, deviled eggs, BBQ sandwhich and pretzel knots.You must have their BBQ!! The sandwiches are huge! Hank's has an amazing selection of whiskey, wine and deserts!! Enjoy yourself at this place with plenty of local color. Great sandwich (although I did not order the BBQ because I don?t eat a... lot of beef.) Rustic decor gives a great sense of space. It was my first time going there, with friends of mine who recommended it. I had the beef brisket , macaroni, and cheese. I was... surprised that the beef brisket had only 3 pieces in the dish for the price, NOT a very good portion size. I thought it wouldhave been a larger portion size; that was disappointing. However, the flavor was good. Now, the macaroni and cheese even thoughthey took a very long time to prepare it because my order was accidentally given to my one of guests. The macaroni and cheesewas some of the best I've ever had: it had a wonderful smoked flavor. I then looked over their wine selection, and I actuallyfound a bottle that was called Jam Jar, a bottle of Shiraz. My friend said that she loved that kind of wine, so I purchased thatfor her. She mentioned how great it was, light and sweet, and the price was right too! Really good BBQ and Apps. Great selection of beer and bourbons too. Very casual. No waitstaff, only bartenders and cooks.
Another great place for some good food... Smoked wings 10 out of 10... My buddy had a BLT and as u can see he started going to... town on that sandwich... Will be back again for some more great food... Good job ???? Read more
