Employees here are always really friendly, but the wait is crazy. I was really disappointed to find that the biscuits and gravy... no longer contain any sausage, but try the platters with eggs and bacon. They're actually cooked fresh! Read more
I visited the drive-thru of this Hardee's and was totally satisfied by the quality of the food which was hot and quickly... delivered. The efficiency and the courtesy of the drive-thru attendant was notable. This is quite uncommon these days. My visitexceeded expectations and I will return to this location. Read more
I wish I can give this place a No star if possible. The employee by the name of Faith did not greet me when I arrived to the... counter or acknowledge me while I was literally standing there for 6 minutes. Mind you if is busy I get it but that is not agood enough excuse for poor service. I work in the service industry myself, the worst I?ve ever experienced. I recorded howridiculous the service was and the time lapse shows 4mins 55 seconds (not including the minute I realized she was was refusingto take my order) Never walking into this place again, yikes. Several people that ordered food after me got their food before me, I had to go ask about my order, then she gave it to me.... Hamburger was cold not even warm, but fries were hot. I come here often. The food is usually good but the last 2 times it has been absolutely disgusting. I feel I need to warn the... community about this. The people that serve you food here do not care about the condition of it. I asked for mac n cheese, theperson on the headset said ?hold on let me see if we have it, I don?t think we have anymore.? Came back and said they had it andsold me what appears to be the scrapings of the max and cheese pot. For $25 you have lost your mind. The manager wants me tocome back so they can make it right, but I?m not going back. You should just go to the one on tidewater dr because at leastserve food . Here?s a picture of what they served me, as well as the destroyed chicken box that they probably dropped on thefloor and decided that a timer was more important than the product they are supposed to serve. Just went through the drive thru and I ordered a family meal! Had to go back 2 more times to get my side items and tea that... comes with the dinner. Got home to fix plates and the biscuits were not done they were doughy in the center. I had to put themin the oven to cook! Customer service is nothing the way it used to be! The workers here are very rude. While ordering in the drive thru, they don't listen to the customer orders. They assume what... you are gonna say then catch attitude when you say no that isn't what I wanted. Listening skills would improve this locationtremendously. Read more
