Horrible horrible night shift ! I waited over 1 hour just for a happy meal for my child yes a manger did come out and give her a... goodie bag of candy and that was very night but she needs to get a new staff or you guys McDonalds are going to go down hill.Nobody had gloves on or a mast no type of hair nets I didn?t notice till I left. sad to say my daughter has a very weak immunesystem so I had to throw the food away and jus get her Wendy?s smh. 0/10 we are from Maryland and travel a lot this is by farthe worst McDonald?s I?ve ever experienced Read more
IF I COULD GIVE ZEROS STARS I WOULD. MY SISTER NEPHEW & I WERE WAITING FOR OUR FOOD FOR 45. MINUTES NOBODY EVEN HAD HAIR NETS OR... GLOVES !! The food is ok, a little sloppy if you ever ask for extra sauce since they seem to just barely wipe a condiment on sandwiches &... God forbid you ask for more, they slop it on reall messy. The drive through is always so slow. Read more
Went through the drive through for lunch yesterday. Lines were backing up because it was getting busy. However, the young man... taking orders was super professional, polite, accurate with my order and even gave a read back to ensure it was correct. Ireally appreciated it. The young girl handing food out at the second window was polite and quick with the order. Just wanted tosay thank you and I appreciate what you do. Read more
I don't know how people still mess up your meal for $11 bucks an hour!?!? At $7.25, I'd expect it. Now, it happens even more. If... Ronald was alive to see all of this non-sense. Every single fast food place is lacking on employees so therefore there is more of a wait time. They may be slow due to this but... they are always polite and nice! Food is always correct and hot! I always use the drive thru. Read more
They really charged me 33 cents for one sweet and sour sauce for my meal. And it was covered in a mysterious substance. Not... pleased at all with this type of service. I can understand if I wanted multiple but all I wanted was one! And 33 cents for one!?That's seems wild! McDonald's is getting more expensive and decreasing in quality on every visit! The night shift is terrible. I have had a lot, and I mean, alot of bad night shift experiences here with them, but last night... took the cake. I ordered on the app and arrived at 1014. Theyhad already shut the light off, and locked the doors. They arescheduled to close at 11pm. I had already paid for my meal so I went to the window and the two women were performing theirclosing cleaning. 45 minutes early. They then were forced to open due to the 5 car line up behind me and I got to circle around,they did not open the first window, this is totally unacceptable, you need to do something about all of these legitimatecomplaints.
