This place just does not care. At Night the outside is pitch dark as to not attract customers. The food is always old,or Gross.... They NEVER Change there grease completely changing the flavor of the food, & The QP are never cooked all the way. This is theworse McDonald's I have ever ate at I tried to give them multiple trys they failed every time. I will be contacting corporate.Hopefully yall can turn it around. I doubt it. Went there yesterday evening and when you want thru drive thru no one was taking orders but had two cars waiting at drive thru... window for hours. Do not got to this place after 5 pm they hired evening shift of non workers just there to collect paycheck.Sad that customer service has fallen this far down close to a navy base. Recommend the Mcdonalds by ODU better service and help.This place just need to stay open only during afternoon shift and fired the deadweight on the evening shift and allow them tocollect employment. That is only what these workers are good for a drain on the economy because they dont want to work. Read more
The manger that day burnt my crispy chicken deluxe that had forgot my sauce for my nuggets that were absolutely cold I had... wendys sauce so I I used that for my biggest left the wrapper in the bag because I was dissatisfied with my order she told mymom that it as a wendys sandwich ..my mom explained to her what had happened .. when the sandwich was still in their wrapper andbox .. so my my asked to remake it and my mom told her no mayo and it was up then she proceeded to say drop it again and burntit again and put extra extra mayo in it ... The steak bagel is always the go to. With a hash brown and coffee. Hot and fresh out the drive threw. The lady took my money and... was very polite. At The next window the lady handed me my food minutes and never said a peep. Wouldnt want to work there. Iunderstand i worked the breakfast rush at Mcdonalds and it has a tendency to be a pain. If I could leave NO stars I would. I get it, it's McDonald's but they have absolutely NO customer service AT ALL which is why I... use the mobile app (reduces the time I have to interact with the employees) but this is the second time they processed mypayment when I ordered my food and went to the window and they tell me I haven't paid for my food even though I have showed themorning manager that they did in fact take the money out of my account. She said it would be refunded and over 24 hours laterthe transaction has been processed. This is the last time they'll rob me. I'll be e-mailing corporate every single day untilsomething gets resolved. Read more
