I give it two stars because the food was still good. But absolutely the worst customer service experience at any Panera, and I... am a huge fan. Total silence in the building as the staff made zero attempt to greet people or thank them. Zero eye contact orsmiles. Just go to the kiosk, order food, wait for your name to be shouted and your food shoved forward. The employee willturn their back to you before you even reach the counter. The uncomfortable silence spread through the dining area, as nervouspeople whispered. Unwelcoming, unfriendly - not anything I?ve ever experienced at a Panera Bread franchise. If this is thenew corporate motto after Covid, well that is just shameful. Oh and no utensils in my to go bag, which made the soup quitedifficult to eat. Read more

Great service, but wasteful to give us bags and the quality had really gone down since I last went to Panera Bread. Will... probably not go back unless no other restaurants around. Sorry as I used to love Panera when I lived in town a few years ago. Read more
The last two times I went here I paid $7.00 + tax for Mac and cheese for my son. The cup of mac was literally half full & cold.... The broccoli cheddar soup was watery and flavorless. Food is more expensive but smaller portions, cold and prepared by peoplewho don?t care about food or providing a quality meal. Just there for a job I guess. :/ Read more
We were charged for three items when we only ordered and received 2 items, the girl took it personally when I told her and... walked off discussed, waited for manager to help do the refund. Our food was literally thrown in a bag, it was not wrapped inanything, poor customer service Read more
when I first came in the employees were rude and inconsiderate, i ordered a grilled cheese and it took 15 minutes for me to get... my food. when i did my grilled cheese had 3 thick slices of NOT MELTED cheese and my sandwich was barely warm, the baguette igot on the side was also cold and my smoothie tasted awful. I love panera and have never had this kind of experience except atthis location. Read more
The 3 is only for the service. People working there are very nice. But the bathroom and the floor was disgusting and should not... look like that during a pandemic at a university. Also, if you are able to pull your mask down and chit chat behind theregister, then you can clean. The toilet had hair and urine on it with zero toilet seat covers. I have to blame management andpoor training. Pay more attention and make sure your employees have the supplies they need to perform well. Read more
Just went in to get a coffee. Being short staffed made them seem busier behind the counter.
