Came in to get my pizza had a coupon, I had to stand there for 10 minutes till the guy got how to do it. Then I was looking at... the guy very dirty pizza was to be a large pepperoni black olive when I got home it had very little sauce pepperoni or blackolives will never go back. crisp crust, wonderful aroma, but for a medium pizza it was sad. the total ingredients would fit in a shot glass. pathetic, all... in an area about 3 inches in diameter. papadias are a folded in half small pizza with less than 1/2 oz of meat+vegies+saucestuck in it. don't waste your money. all bread no happy. Crusty looking old delivery guy wreaked of cigarettes then asks for a tip and stands there when you bluntly tell him no. That... aside, the quality sealed stickers are a joke because they?re never put on to mark the box sealed or if they are put on thebox?s, at least one portion of it remains open. The last two pizzas have been excessively greasy like Pizza Hut and stick to thecardboard, so I end up losing half my pizza to cardboard. Read more
Gotta give some love to my local Papa John's. Look, with Covid raging....we don't go out. We just don't. So relying on... delivery places is an understatement. And...I need my pizza. I have ordered from this place multiple times so obviously Ithink it's a good place to order pizza. I will tell you about the one time they messed up my order. It's a simple story. Iordered a pizza with stuffed crust. I recieved a pizza without it. I called the store, and spoke with the manager. They weregreat. They told me to keep the pizza I already had, and they were sending a corrected pizza to me. The new pizza arrivedquick...and it was hot and fresh. To me, that says everything. The folks at this store have always been great, and the pizzais consistent. It's not the greatest pizza in the world, but it's good enough for a Tuesday night when you don't feel likegoing out. My mother had treated me and my wife for pizza and called an order asking to deliver 4 pizzas and garlic knots.First mistake,... the order was never repeated to confirm what was ordered. When the delivery guy showed up, he delivered 3 pizzas and garlicknots. The first pizza that was requested on the delivery was not delivered, Second mistake. We call to talk to the manager andwere told that we will not be charged an extra fee as long as we pick up the pizza that they did not deliver. I go to pay for aone topping pizza costing me 16.74 when we were specifically told over the phone that we would not be charged extra As long aswe drive to pick up a pizza that they did not deliver. Most of the time a 1 topping pizza cost 7.99 carry out and at that timeit was $15 and change online. I go to pick up the pizza and I got charged the extra fee and my wife went to talk to the managerexplaining that we shouldn?t have been charged 16.74 just to witness the manager yelling at my wife like it was her fault thatthey ?messed up? the order. My wife always orders from papa johns and this A disgrace When it comes to customer service. I dealwith customer service every day both of us serve the military, to be treated the way we were was not a way to be treatedespecially being a manager and to watch the female manager yell back at my wife because they were wrong is unjust.
