I haven't ordered from Pizza hut in a long time. Going against my better judgement I decided not to go to all the restaurants... where I could get free food due to me being a veteran. I ordered my pizza at 838pm the website said it should be delivered by945pm. It's now 1123pm I have called 6 times and I keep getting put on hold and getting told my food is out for delivery. Themanager McKinley (I think the girl lied about who she was) didn't even remember my name after I spoke to her three times aboutmy food still not being delivered yet. I ordered food at a decent time since I work at 6am on Monday but I won't be able to eatand get a decent night of sleep. The excuse she gave me was because they were only using one driver tonight and yheyrtt doingthe best they can. I'm sure everyone else got the food they ordered tonight. The Pizza hut is 8minutes from my house!!!!!! I'mlivid and I will not be ordering from this store ever again. Raven, Kiamber and the manager McKinley or whatever her name isneed to get some customer service classes because none of them were professional it seemed as if they didn't care because Iwasn't standing right in front of them. This Pizza Hut is terrible. Never order from here. I ordered my food and after 2hrs I haven?t received them so I gave them a... call and they said it was already delivered but I never received a call to confirm it was me and on the tracking app it said itwas still in route.
