I was picking up my delivery order for DoorDash No one greeted me. So I waited patiently after the man finished with his... customer he walked off didn't acknowledge me and went to the back and act like he did not see me. Then the phone rang and thislady came to the front to answer the phone. So I was still waiting he came back to the front did not greet me again, so afterthe cook finish making this pizza he came to the front after washing his hands and greeted me and asked me what was I waitingfor. I ordered a cheese melt and my order was nothing like that the toast bread and sauce was hot but not at all what I ordered .

I placed an online order on 10/25/2022 due to some deals being online only. After placing it I was told the order was would take... about 20 minutes to be complete. I show up at the store with a lobby of about 5 people. 10 minutes go by and I asked the cashierwas my order ready yet. Without even looking for my order she told me it wasn't ready yet when I told her the name it was under.About another 15 minutes go by and I inquire again about my order and which I had already paid for through card. Now instead ofexplaining to me in the first place that their online orders weren't coming through like they should ,I get the completerunaround about the situation and the manager on duty seemed like he couldn't care less I had to explain three times that all Iordered was a chicken alfredo pasta bowl and a 8-piece boneless garlic parmesan wings with blue cheese something very simple. Inthe end I told the manager I just wanted my money back in which he said that it should take about 36 hours for the money to endup back of my card. I tried to give this place another chance after 2 years, but it's the same customer service just adifferent staff. Read more

This place is horrible. It took 3 hours and the ?manager? hanging up on me numerous times to finally get a delivery driver to my... house? AFTER I cancelled the order for taking 3 hours. I ordered at 6:40p. Called at 8p and was told by a manager it was out fordelivery. Called back at 9:15p, was told they can give me a discount and it?s still out for delivery and that she (the manager)can?t tell the driver which order to take first. The delivery driver finally showed up at 9:35p after it was ?out for delivery?for over an hour?. I?m good on that????. No customer service skills by anyone at that store and the manager needs training. Thedelivery driver called and said he couldn?t see my apartment and there were no lights on? but mine was. I told him I cancelledmy order and he hung up on me too? Just trifling. You all need more training and better management. Read more

Ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza and 2 liter Mountain Dew. Took over 2 and a half hours to get the pizza. Had to call and was... told that the driver at some point went back to the Pizza Hut because he said he couldn't find my address. When he finallyarrived he didn't bring the soda that ordered. He asked if I wanted to credit it to my account or for him to go back and get thesoda. I said I would prefer the soda instead. He said he would go back to the Pizza Hut and get it but never came back with thesoda. I called his number but he didn't answer. It went straight to voicemail. This is annoying and disrespectful for severalreasons, one being that it wouldn't have taken him long to get the soda since I live only a mile away. I don't care how smallthe cost for the soda is, I want the soda. If not, then give me back my money. I'm never ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Read more

Almost 2 hours late.CHEESE pizza is burnt and "warm." Did not recieve garlic sauce cups as ordered and PAID for. Manager named... Nick hung up on my the first time I called through. I ended up getting through again, and was going to be rufunded for just thePIZZA on my order, when the rude "manager" once again got back on the phone. When I ordered online, it said 30 minute deliverytime. Nobody called to tell me how long it was going to take past that. Order was sent out with delivery driver at 7:08pm, anddid not receive until closer to 8pm. Nick claims that he didn't hang up on me, that their service went out during the phonecall. I am beyond irritated. Even for fast food, it is extremely unprofessional for Pizza Hut to be "almost out of dough, andout of alot of everything else." What a joke. But alas, it is in ocean view. Currently, the manager is refusing to give me arefund for the pizza that I threw in the trash because he hung up on me the first time. NO, I don't want to wait to feed myfamily for another 2 hours while the place who would be taking my money for their goods/service is good for nothing. Includingmanagement. Read more

Never have had an issue at this pizza hut. Mind you I dont order pizza very often. But ordered 2 medium pizzas and stuffed... garlic knots and was fresh and good. Got the food in under 30 minutes. Delivery driver was very nice. About a month or 2 ago Idid order a pizza and it took over an hour to get it. When I called the store the guy was very nice and told me sorry and calledthe delivery driver who was at my house in 5 mins. Wasnt a huge issue. Read more
