Just don't bother. Everytime we order from here it's wrong. More than once the Pan pizza came as hand tossed. They put bread... sticks in the box with cinnamon sticks. Neither we tasted right. Managers response was to have a talk with her people. No offerto make it right. Another time we ordered and nothing was ever delivered. We called and got corporate. They apparently had nodrivers but still accepted the order. Out of ten orders it has been correct once. We are done with this store. Read more

Received my pizzas 2 hours after I ordered. It was cold and wrong. Tried calling, no one answers or puts me on hold for over 30... mins. Never got helped. I'll pay more for dominoes or papa John's I guess. Read more

The absolute worse service. I placed an order online for delivery in August. The pizza was cold and the box was smashed down... making all the cheese an toppings stuck to the lid of the box. I contacted pizza hut and got Shawn Adams who said he wouldrefund me. Nothing after that. Contacted again to figure out what is the status and nothing. Contacted again through the websiteand got Shawn Adams again. Saying he was going to personally put in my refund on Sept 27th. I emailed him back to confirm.Absolutely nothing back. I would have cared but it was over $50 that I spent for something I couldn't eat nor would had enjoyed.I called corporate and they said someone would contact me within 3 business days. It was bad weather so I ordered delivery. There was a delivery fee and I tipped only to find that one of my pizzas was a plain... cheese pizza instead of the 3 topping pizza ordered. When I called to simply have I redelivered I was told that wasn't possiblebecause they had to see that they had made it incorrectly. So I was told I had to come to the shop with the pizza in order forit to be remade. When I arrived the shop was in disarray. Several other orders were apparently made incorrectly as well. Themanager left a fairly new employee to deal with the situation instead of taking care of it himself. When I finally did get totalk to the manager I was told the only way that I was going to get to talk to his boss was to make a complaint but then gave meno information on how to do so. So I did get the new guy to print me a receipt with the survey number on it and I still have notheard a peep back from the higher ups at Pizza Hut. Read more

I put my order in today 08/21/22 at 11:59am they open at 12 noon. It took an hour for my order status to be switched to being... delivered. My food was cold, and my order was wrong. I order a large supreme with CHEESE sticks. The pizza was fine it lookedgood just cold, but instead of CHEESE sticks like I ordered and paid for I received bread sticks. I tried calling the store ofcourse no answer so I'm contacting Corporate and my bank. I try not to be stereotypical, but just because the location is in thehood don't mean I deserve hood service. When you click the box for contact less delivery, drivers should do what they are supposed to and leave the box at the door. My... delivery driver knocked on the door and it took me maybe a minute to get to it cause i wanted to keep my dog from running outbut then he proceeded to BANG on my door. I was thinking dang is it that serious? Rather than leaving it at the door like Irequested he was about to drive away with my pizza that was paid for online. Very very very bad experience 2nd time they mess my pizza up. manager on shift at 3:00pm 6/18/2022 it was a black older lady... she is nasty disrespectful no type of respect. I told her my order was wrong she started cussing and yelling in my ear. Managerstated she wasn?t giving no refund no store credit an no replacement. I will be calling Corporate Monday morning. Extremely disappointed in the edge pizza. I ordered it with extra cheese to ensure that I had enough cheese. Not a chance. I... questioned what it would be like if I ordered regular cheese?
