2 Pizzas = 2 Hours Horribke experience and lack luster pizzas. Ordered two pizzas, and was told it would take 45 minutes to have... made and delivered which I thought was outstanding! However an hour and a half in and I had to call to check in on the pizzas.The delivery lady was just on her way out. I had to wait another nother 30 minutes for a delivery of not even a mile. Ordered at around 4pm and food didn't come, The number goes straight to the call center and they said the order is labeled... delivered. Don't waste your time here, they NEVER have drivers and if you're not picking it up, you'll never get it. I don'teven know how this location is still open??????????? Read more
Ordered at 520pm. But 7pm still didn't get it and started calling the store. The number goes straight to their call center. Call... center at 7 and 8 said the delivery hadn't been canceled. At 9pm, I got told the order was delivered which it wasn't. Doneordering pizza from here. Read more
Can't even leave a negative star! Horrible service, because we made an order for our office of 5 pizzas and these people... accepted the order. Delivery time comes because we received a text saying it was all good and the app even says the order isbeing made. And they are closed!!!! because of a water problem. Ok I get it but you didn't cancel the order, you won't have itdelivered from another place and won't discount due to your problem and error. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Read more
Delivery took about 40mins, which isn't that bad, but still longer than the expected delivery time. It was delivered by a... doordash driver, which was unexpected since I ordered through their business website. It's not a big deal though, and the driverwas very kind. Breadsticks and cinnamon sticks are delicious, but the pizza was pretty mediocre. The crust didn't taste fresh atall. Read more
This is the 2nd time ordering at 9:30, online ordering said they close at 10pm. Google says they are open later than that. I got... there right before 10 this 2nd time and there was a delivery driver coming in from a delivery. He asked if i placed an onlineorder and asked my name. Two seconds later another guy comes out and says "oh...sorry we ran out of pizza...i must have missedyours when i was calling people to let them know." This is the 2nd time they have "ran out of pizza". Come on now....i used tobe an assistant manager at dominos when i was 19 years old. I did inventory and im sure they are all basically the same. Nopizza hut let alone any pizza place has ever ran out of all pizza. People just want to be lazy and not do thier job. But funnyhow Deliveries were still going out. Very unacceptable...SMH. I hope they get shut down from lack of customer service. I droveall the way over there knowing how expensive gas is....yall couldn't have said..."hold on mam we are making your order." I wouldhave waited no problem. This is just not how you treat customers. I could understand if they were closed. But to say you ran outof pizza...LOL There's no way.. I will make sure i tell everyone i know about this. Im sure it will be funny to them. But theysurely will remember not to go there. Happy to get good service here. We ordered online and then I went to pick it up. They didn?t have any pans to make the personal... size, but instead gave me two medium pizzas! The staff was nice and the store seemed clean! Read more
My wife and I saw the bad reviews on Google but really wanted Pizza Hut and didn?t believe the location could be that bad? well,... it was. I walked inside to get the order and this place was filthy, maybe we have all looked past some things knowing it ishard to find good help? but this place needs some training OR people who care. We ordered 3 personal pan pizzas and 1 of thepizzas had a receipt from a different order that was made the PREVIOUS night (and it showed, photo attached) the obviously olderone was thrown away. I love Pizza Hut but this location will make me visit other pizza chains or local restaurants to avoidpossible food poisoning. Read more
