The food is outstanding, the environment is pleasant, and the service is generally fast. Depending on the time you go, sometimes... you may not get as fast of service as others. However, this is the best Indian food in Norfolk. I?ll still come back regardless.We asked our waiter to suggest which Indian beer to try and the one he suggested (the kingfisher) was super smooth and tasty. Ialways get the chana masala and am always satisfied. The pakora platter as an appetizer is a great idea, although we weren?tfans of the fried cheese. The samosas and veggie pakora are yummy! The garlic naan is a must. Definitely check this place out ifyou love Indian food or want to show someone amazing Indian food for the first time. Read more
Really great Indian food. They are new in the area and the staff was very friendly. The decor is pretty cute too. My partner and... I had a great time with some really good food! My partner likes mild spice level and they were able to make everything mildwithout actually compromising with the flavor which is so difficult to achieve with Indian food. My partner totally enjoyed it.It was a little pricey for a student area but the quantity was pretty good and we had bunch of leftovers which we enjoyed later.So whatever we paid was for two people two meals. This place is family-owned and student-owned. I took a friend here and she and I were not very familiar with Indian cuisine. We... decided to make the most out of it and try three dishes. We also got the bread basket because we couldn\'t decide. All the foodwas excellent and I was amazed at the hospitality provided. For dessert; homemade mango ice cream! 10/10 and we will be back.
