Boom boom Shrimp Appetizer was really tasty, but everything after that was disappointing.\n\nThe amount of Lobster you actually... get on the roll is insulting. I get that Lobster can be expensive. Date of visit 5/28/22. My first visit here. Restaurant was clean and the young lady at hostess stand was very friendly. I... ordered online and order was ready in 15 min. I appreciate how everything was packed to prevent leakage/spills. I ordered theweekend special with lobster tail, shrimp and crab legs. The juicy sauce was delicious. The crab was very meaty. First time trying this spot. I didn\'t even know it was here until my brother in law was looking for a seafood spot and happened... on it. We ordered pick up.\nNOT disappointed!\nWe got the shrimp boil and the shrimp, scallop and sausage boil. Plentifulportions, well cooked, perfect seasoning.\nAlso had the steak and chicken hibachi. First time going tonight and it was a great experience. To have special on certain day?s but being able to get it any day is a... plus. Also I had order basket smoked oysters and it came with fries but just wanted it without. So the manger brought it out andsaid we gave two extra cause you didn?t want the fires. I was very excited to see a seafood boil place in the Ghent area. The only other place that I know of is Mr. Boil and it\'s... about a 30 min drive away. We made reservations but didn\'t need them. The place was nice and clean throughout. We ordered theclam strips, boom boom shrimp, create your own boil with shrimp head off and crawfish, and some fries.\n\nThe bad:\nShrimp wereover cooked\nClam strips were heavily breaded so the breading was all we tasted\n\nThe okay:\nNo sausage with the boil, couldget for extra $\nCrawfish were bland and had to be dipped in the sauce\nBarely any sauce on the boom boom shrimp so it was justfried shrimp with a very light drizzle of sauce.\n\nThe good:\nService was great\nFood was hot\nFries were great\n\nOverall itisn\'t bad but it could use a few changes in my opinion. I was disappointed that the shrimp were over cooked and hard. Crawfishwere on the bland side compared to other boil places I have been. I wish they could find a way to infuse the sauce within thecrawfish. Finally it was a soft opening. I was very surprised that we were not greeted by a manager at any point during ourmeal. We had boils with the very favorful garlic butter! The other sauce options are:Cajun, Lemon Pepper & Juicy Special which is a blend of all sauces.\n\nThe snow crab legs were sweet & delicious and right nowduring the soft opening they are offering a free appetizer with your entree: 5 choices are the hush puppies, fried cheesesticks, onion rings, boom boom shrimp & clam strips!
