I’m not sure how they think this is enough sauce for chicken tikka masala but considering how the butter chicken looked and... tasted they just took a small tub container of that sauce and kept the chicken separate. I only gave it 2 stars cause it wasdecent tasting but genuinely disappointed with the portioning and rations. Read more

Started with the Onion Kulcha stuffed with onions/ bell peppers/ spices, then shared the Tandoori Chicken with spring skinless... chicken/ ginger/ garlic & spices as an appetizer. And lastly, the Tandoori Mix Grill with an assortment of chicken/ lamb/ NorthAtlantic salmon & jumbo shrimp!! As always Saffron serves up fresh, flavorful food where the chefs are committed to making thefood enjoyable with the right blend of spices & herbs to each & every delicacies!! Parked my Car in Public parking right besides bistro, if you are not local just drive in for 2 hrs free parking. I circled the... place once before driving into the parking lot. Food is good, picked the combo option with Old Style Delhi Chicken curry, wellprepared. Also had butter chicken which my daughter enjoyed the most with Garlic Naan. Beautiful place in Norfolk downtown for fine dining of Indian delicacies. I celebrated my birthday over here with my family and... the experience was very nice. waiters and servers were very polite and attentive. Looking forward to my first Indian meal. Decided to come before a show at Chrysler Hall. Walked in to what appeared to be a... slower time. A lot of open tables. Staff was quick to sit us and start us out with waters and drinks. Food order came quickly.Food was amazing. Sampled three different plates. All great. The food delivery was the last time we saw our waiter. Water refillcame after we asked for our check and boxes a second time. No apology expected.
