Why is it that when I go to Starbucks the time that you are suppose to be open is never the case. Good coffees.
Super slow considering the line and 5 people working. The thing that was the worst was watching the lady making the drinks with... long fingernails touching the inside of the cups before she poured the shots of espresso. Just plain unsanitary and nasty.Starbucks isn?t my first choice for coffee BUT I do expect them to have standards wherever they operate. This one was inside theterminal at Norfolk airport. Read more
Just went to the Starbucks in the Norfolk, VA airport. The young woman behind the counter asks if I am ordering food. I respond,... ?No, just coffee.? She turns away without a word and keeps asking each person the same as they walk up to the counter. The otheremployee behind the counter ignores the few of us in line as well. Eventually, another employee walks in, apparently justarriving at work, and very politely takes my order and my payment. He turns to pour my coffee and the woman who had asked usabout ordering food tells him that they are out of coffee. The new arrival politely apologized and refunded my money. How didthat woman think it was ok to just let us stand in line waiting on coffee without telling us they were out? She wasn?t busydoing anything else ? just asking people if they were ordering food. Not a fan. I just flew into here and decided why not get some coffee. It is 5 am. I am a starbucks barista myself where I live... so I understand what the atmosphere and drinks should be like. Both baristas working just seemed bothered by us being there andthe drinks were okay at best. My shaken espresso had far too much oatmilk and the shots were burnt. Will not be coming back. Read more
I love star bucks coffee. I rarely go but when I do I enjoy the coffee. It's strong and I love a good cup of coffee.

The cold brew was lighter than iced tea in color. They quickly replaced it with a severely watered down iced coffee.
