Located back in the east beach neighborhood, almost a hidden gem. Outdoor seating and the indoor tables have a nice view of the... marina, total beach vibes throughout the restaurant. Visited here based on other reviews. The view was pretty staff was nice and had good customer service. I had the bourbon burger... and one of the drinks. Both were good, the drink did kinda taste watered down so that was disappointing. My husband ordered thesea food platter. Hubby said it was okay but not the best he has had for the price . The breading on the calamari was amazingand probably was the best part of dinner! Our two year old couldn't get enough. Read more
Delicious food, a beautiful view and amazing staff! The shrimp was a little overcooked but other than that everything was... delicious! I had a caramel martini that was so good and my friend had the seafood platter, the deep fried scallops wereamazingggggg. Also, their broccoli side is literally a whole head of broccoli. The Surf Rider East Beach was amazing. The service was excellent. We had a booth with a perfect view of the boats and the water.... The food was all cooked right, which can make or break a seafood dish. The portions were generous, certainly curing any seafoodcraving! Read more
An unexpected blend of local waterman fare and lovely marina location. The staff is unpretentious and friendly. The comfortable... dining room is filled with natural light and offers lovely views of the marina. On nice days, the outdoor seating is adelight. My guest got the fisherman?s platter to sample several items and was pleased. The house salad was a generous size andperfectly fresh and crisp. The hearty chili is about an equal balance of red beans and meat. It?s not spicy, so quite easy toenjoy. Get the steamed broccoli with hollandaise. It?s huge but oh! so good. Share it with the table.
