i?ve been going to this place for the longest time and i LOVE dirty buff. but we went in today and got the $24.99 20 boneless... wings like we always do. i know what the boneless wings are like, they are my favorite. but these were definitely different.they were most definitely chicken nuggets. when i did ask, they said they were ?smaller boneless wings.? amazing service perusual though! abby was great. Over the river reviews again here guys sorry I've been out for a while, anyways let me tell ya about this spot. Dirty Buffalo is... an amazing place for casual eating, having some drinks at the bar or just bring the family along. Their dishes are bananas, thevibe is top notch and I enjoyed it a lot. It's great to have a friend that lives nearby and he took me over here to come checkit out and I loved it. The sauces and rubs are great I would definitely recommend! I was super excited to try this place for the first time with my brother and dad. When we went in, one of the staff members said... it would be a 10 minute wait. There were many tables that were empty, but when we got sat, it was a table that was empty thewhole time since we arrived. We ordered, and it took almost an hour for the food to come out, while other customers got theirfood before us (Mind you these are bigger parties that showed up after us). I got my chili cheese fries and it was mediocre.Then i got my boneless wings, it looked like they just sneezed seasoning on it. I couldve saved time and money by making thesame thing at home, and it wouldve tasted 10x better. The servers were struggling trying to buss tables with absolutely no tray.It wasnt a good experience or taste. The only good thing is that im not hungry anymore. Ordered take out from The Dirty Buffalo. Wanted to try the dirty burger dog.The best part of the meal is the dirty sauce that... brings it all together. I know this because I have been there many times before. Forty minutes and two ERT tolls later I arrivedat home with my meal. Opened it and did not have ANY DIRTY SAUCE on my food. Called the restaurant to let them know and they(after speaking with the manager) offered to refund $1.50 for the dirty sauce since I didn't want to spend another 40 minutestraveling for dirty sauce or paying additional tolls. To make things better the manager was not available to talk on the phonebecause they were conveniently too busy. They told me to call back the next day. What a good way to show you value yourcustomers.This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received in life. Fast food restaurants have better service thenwhat I received at this establishment. I won't mention that the mac & cheese barely had any cheese on the noodles. I'm sure thatcan be seen from the pictures. Order takeout/delivery from Dirty Buffalo at your own risk. **UPDATE** Called back and spoke toa general manager who rectified the situation. First time at the location and love the atmosphere and good location to watch sports. Now matter where you sit you can see a... game or two. The food was not great but was good. I had chicken wings and the rib was a bit much that I had to wipe off. Besidesthat I'd was affordable and good. Read more
