The worst tropical smoothie ever. If you order online for delivery they do not give the driver the whole order so you only ever... get half of it if you're lucky. Today I got threatened by the delivery driver because the didn't give him my salad and only thesmoothie. I've given this shop 3 chances and each time the order is messed up. They also never answer the phone so you can't getyour money back. Read more
I came here with my son a couple days ago and ordered 2 smoothies. A young sweet little white girl took my order and got them... out to me pretty quickly. I go around a lot in the 757 area between my work and home. When I find good places I leave goodreviews. Excellent service and great manners! Very proud with this customer service considering most of my experiences aren'talways the best. Definitely will come to this Tropical Smoothie over others around that I've been to already. Read more

Came here on one of the hottest days this year. I had it in my mind it?ll be busy and a long wait. Well, it was busy but the... wait was minimum! Literally got my drink 3 mins after I ordered and got my food 5 mins after with a packed restaurant. All theladies that worked today on 7/21/22 are awesome! Great job Read more
One of the most inconsistent tropical smoothies in the country (travel a lot). - Good luck calling the store, they never... answer. - You?ll probably wait at the register for a few minutes before someone comes to take your order and you might even geta little attitude if you?re lucky. *I?m not speaking from a single experience* This is just the first time I?ve felt liketaking a second to share my review after giving this location chance after chance. I asked for no tomatoes and no bacon but the ingredients were on the flatbread. The customer service I received when picking up... my order inside was terrible. It's pretty sad no one knows how to treat people with respect these days. I Definitely will takemy business elsewhere. Read more
