Ordered subs online for pickup at 2:00 p.m.. Was told in app they would be ready by 2:40 and to be there on time. When I... arrived at 2:35, not only did I have to wait 40 minutes for the subs ordered(as they hadn't even started them yet), I had tostand in line to purchase and receive a drink cup at the register as they don't keep them by the drink machine at this location. Worst customer service. Definitely the worst Wawa location I?ve been to. After waiting for 20 minutes to buy a cup at the... counter for the icee machine, then waiting on the lady in front of me to fill up 7 of her own cups while talking on the phone,the machine stopped working. I went up to a worker to let them know, and the only response I got was ?Nothing I can do aboutit?. Proceeded to wait at the counter to ask for a refund on the cup but ended up leaving because everything moves so incrediblyslow in there. Read more
I was disappointed that the cups for cold drinks or ice were all stocked behind the cashier?s counter. The sign indicated cups... were to be purchased up front. I?d never seen that before and I go Wawa?s 365 days a year in 5 of the 7 cities included inHampton Roads? usually Chesapeake and Virginia Beach but Norfolk, Hampton and Portsmouth also when I?m in their areas. I wasdisappointed but other than the lack of parking spots available it was equipped with everything else I wanted. Two of the Wawa?sthat I frequent in Virginia Beach have been out of everything a lot recently but my guess is it?s due to the pandemic. Read more
Lots of selection and self service. But the people out front yell at you if you refuse to give them your money. Not the best... convenience store for those who want to get in and out. Busy and again plenty of people loitering and waiting as round to askyou for money as the management doesn't ask them to please leave the area. It's a daily basis Read more
