You can tell they don't keep up this store. I walk in and the store is very slow. Maybe 5 to 10 customers. Multiple items left... around the self checkout making it look like an absolute mess. If you look at the bathrooms you can tell they haven't beencleaned in a while. Read more

If there was Zero Stars this place has definitely earned it. Worst customer service ever and the shift mangers are no better... than the staff. FIND ANOTHER WAWA THIS IS THE WORST. My app was counting down and the lady didn't know how to scan and themanager was RUDE TO ME about it so I left the free items. Read more

6 minutes agoNEW Would give this store a five star. Which it derserves. Because of the awesome customer service from the... cashiers! They do a extremely wonderful job!!! The store is always clean and the food is always good and well prepared. But themanager (bonita) is very unprofessional. And need more training with customers. A manager is supposed to lead by example andmake sure that all customers feel welcomed.. Had a few bad experiences coming into this store. Already spoken to a manager abouther performance and it seem like it didn't work. So it lead to me writing this review.. Please someone talk to this managerimmediately. Been coming here for two years and never experience unprofessionalism ever!!! Someone needs to have a serious talkwith her. Because I feel like I am being harrass by her. The morning crew is really good. Good customer service and they get things done quickly. If the food service team makes a... mistake they correct it quickly with grace. I?ve tried to poach a couple of them, lol. It?s always clean and they work well atjumping in to assist each other. The evening/night crew need work. Read more
