Suppose to be large fries but ended up with medium. Also fries are not hot nor crispy. Let's do better

There's no reason why a fast food restaurant should be acting like this when someone is simply trying to place an order. I get... that staff may be low, and if so, there should be a sign that says when dining in is open and closed! So I ordered through thedrive thru because not everyone has a car and this immature cashier looking at me trying to figure out what I am doing and whatI am doing is, I'm trying to get food not just for me, but for others as well. Oh they laugh and laugh, but I still got MY ORDERacross so joke's on them. They won't see the last of me and I can assure them that they will wish later through life that theydidn't treat me like this. Read more
Inconsistent. Hours of operation changes consistently, how you can order changes consistently, whether or not you can go in and... place a order normally changes consistently. Too much guess work in what this place is doing. Sometimes they open, sometimesthey have the doors locked, sometimes it?s mobile order only with ppl just standing around doing nothing. Makes no sense, bestbet is to go somewhere else where you know you will get your food and don?t have to play games. Almost forgot to add, they forceyou to use the app to order on random days and times no where posted online. We had just left the Norfolk airport and was in need of a little bite to eat. This Wendy?s is right up the road and a perfect... little place to pop in and out of. The drive thru line was pretty long so we ended up walking in and was out in fiveminutes. Staff was very nice and friendly and they even had a fireplace inside. Read more
After months of several 1-3 star reviews of this very same Wendy?s, they finally have good staff around and better quality food.... The fries finally have salt in them after like a whole year without salt. The drinks are better quality and finally no morenonsense from the cashiers and managers. You get the idea. It?s almost like a whole different Wendy?s. And it?s not like thisgreat service/food has just been for 1 day, I have been here the past 3 weeks and it has been consistently good. Please keep itup?
