Trash. The evening staff on 11/27 around 6:15 was totally rude for no reason. They pretend the lobby was closed after we had... waited to be served for 5 mins, with the mangers support. Mind you, the lobby was empty, and the kiosk directed us to speak to acrew member. I'd easily try and replace them if possible. Read more
I normally wouldn?t take the time to review a fast food chain but this Wendy?s is comically horrible. It?s insane really. I?ve... wanted to relive my childhood with a twist by trying the Strawberry Frosty, but to no avail after I kid you not, 4 separatevisits to this piece of garbage location. Once, we waited in line for over 35 minutes when there were four cars in the line justto be told they?re now closed but gave no reason. Every single time my partner and I went on various days at various times, theywere closed for one reason or another. Once said ?they didn?t have a drawer? or the people ?working? inside just refused toanswer the intercom. We went inside that time and asked if they were open and the employees literally ignored us and did notrespond, just continued their conversations. It was so bizarre - felt like an episode of the Twilight Zone but instead in adisgustingly filthy restaurant. Oh yeah, and the time we waited in line for over 20 minutes at around 7:30pm and then they justturned out all the building lights so all the cars just pulled through the drive thru. No there wasn?t a power outage. Would?vegone in but there were no chairs but oddly no signs saying the dining room was closed. I ordered my favorite strawberry salad.The chicken was cut and fresh.The strawberries was great and I love the salad dressing.
The service was fast, the cashier was professional. The food was okay. The place was filthy when we arrived but the Manager came... out and clean up the entire restaurant while we were eating. The place was extremely cold and serval customer and my companionscomplained but nothing was done to correct the problem. Returned on 8/3/22 the service was horrible. The cashier was rude andnasty. She ran off two sets of customers with kids. The Manager never opened her lips to correct nor clams the cashier down.The food was unsatisfactory. The dinning room appeared as it had not been cleaned since it opened that morning. Read more
This Wendy's is a disgrace to the entire Wendy's name. Every time I go here they screw something up with my order. Twice now... I've ordered spicy nuggets only to receive regular and with every order it's something with these guys. I really like Wendy'sbut this establishment makes me wanna find a better place for lunch. Needed something quick and easy for a late dinner. Wasn?t expecting much being so late on a Friday, but these folks knocked it... out of the park! Even with a long line, the staff was courteous, efficient, and accurate. On top of great customer service, thefood was some of the best we?ve ever had from a Wendy?s. The worst Wendy?s I?ve been to in my life. Ordered a #9 and had to replace the burger TWICE. Both times they gave me burgers... with onion rings that were cold like they were fresh out of the freezer. The Pattie?s were undercooked and the cheese wasiceberg cold as well. If I could give it 0 I would. Order 4 combos and somehow barely got enough two even properly make up half of my orders. Like if... I'm being told I'm gonna wait 30 minutes to an hour for food alright I can wait as long as I actually get my whole order whichthis store has shown time and time again it can't even manage that.
