Horrible: Ordered a #1 med with a coke. Was made to wait 5 mins before going to the pick up window and asked for a receipt was... told printer was down, yet she had one in her hand. Finally got my order and went inside to ask again for a receipt, come tofind out, I was charged for a bacon double. When I walked inside, the place was filled with smoke. Read more
My family had an absolutely trash experience. Whomever was working on August 6th around 9pm at the window was not only rude but... forgot condiments and entrées. The whole exchange was so frustrating they did not return. Ended up going to Bojangles andspending money there for a wayyy more pleasant experience. Working in fast food is no reason to treat customers poorly. Read more
Not really the same as they use to be. Covid really put a dent on all fast food, and I try to sympathize but cant help to think... of how much these profit hungry companies care. My order was wrong. The guy who handed me my food didn't say a word to me. I ordered a bourbon baconator with extra crispy... onions. I got no bacon & no bourbon sauce & my burger is undercooked. The fries were not hot either. This is horrible. Smh Read more
First time going inside. It was empty inside. Was greeted right away and our order was taken. We asked for a large and a small... strawberry frostie but was given and rung up for 2 large. Not a biggie problem. Our food was fresh and hot. There wasnt a longwait either. The staff were friendly and it seemed relatively clean. Only issue was the floor was super sticky through out theentire place which lead to my flip flops getting stuck with every step. Probably will return but use the drive thru next time. Read more
This Wendy's management is being untruthful and deceptive towards it owners as management is stopping cars in the drive thru... from activating it's timer and making people wait until they have the food ready. This is to keep their owners and cooperatefrom seeing how long their service times really are, if they are doing this what else are they being dishonest about Read more
After having my baconator remade and having to pay extra because the person in the drive thru decided to ring up a single,... without asking which one I wanted, I only had bacon pieces/crumbs on the sandwich and the medium fry was old and cold. Thisseems like the normal thing at Wendy's lately. The quality has fallen and no one is paying attention to detail. Did not receivea receipt for either transaction that I was charged for. Read more
Needed quick lunch so I ordered chives + sour cream baked potato plus biggy meal (forgot it also has potato French fries). The... Coke was good! The nuggets too were good! The burger tasted like it was made yesterday and microwaved hot again. It had ONE Ringonly of onion and ONE chip of pickle. The French fries were dry, old, hard, and stale. The baked potato was not etable... notonly did I not get butter salt or pepper, I didn't even get the sour cream or a fork! The skin was hard and dry with hardnodules on it and the potato inside tasted old, watery, and reheated. Worst Wendy's ever and it's sad that it is becoming moreand more common everywhere. Time to go back to brown bagging lunch from home. Read more
