I've been coming here for a few years now. I love the convenience of ordering on the app and my pizzas have always turned out... just as I ordered. I also enjoy the points reward system for free items. They taste fantastic. Service is generally very nicealso. I think there is room for improvement in a few areas: have more drink options available on the machine, have bottled ranchavailable, display the gelato (sometimes it's in the back instead of the display case?). My favorite pizza ingredients:marinara, shredded mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, sausage, jalapenos, pineapple, basil. Hot honey pepperoni is alsodelicious. Edit: actually removing a star. It seems like the staff working there these days doesn't want to go through themotions of setting up the store properly. I ordered ahead online for an 11:15 a.m. pick up. None of the salads, dressings, oranything were out in the display yet. There were four staff members working that I could see. Two were sitting and watchingcartoons. I asked if I could have some ranch and they said they were out already. How about making some more and having thestore ready to function upon opening instead of just telling me there's no ranch? Store bought simply isn't going to cut it. AndI like to dip my pizza in ranch. Now my tasting experience will be lower than expected. First world problems, I know. Yesterday was my first visit to this establishment around Noon, the establishment was nice and clean. The young women who made... my Pizza was very professional explained exactly how the Pizza was made & was patient with me while I decided exactly what Iwanted to order. The only thing I could say is that they were basically completely out of drinks & I had to get drinks that Ididnt really care for. I can honestly say the Pizza was filled with lots of toppings and cooked to perfection. My family wasextremely happy with the Pizza as I stated the only thing they was disappointed about was the drinks, and the size of the Pizza.We sure wish they made a bigger pizza than just the 14" Only thing that I can suggest make sure that everything is stocked upincluding drinks, and drink tops. Ordered the 10" build your own pizza. The pizza was good however when it came time to get a beverage, they only had limited... options. But they did get their draft beers finally. I don't know how long this restaurant will last because the millennialsthat work here keep nothing stocked up. A better management is definitely needed to keep this place running correctly. Read more
I walked in and the smells just made me happy to be eating here. I received amazing service from Sean! I would definitely return... here. The bathroom did need a little attention but it did have all the required items. Read more
Pizzas are made to order like subway then thrown into the massive pizza oven. I got the 10" pizza, and I left comfortably full.... Could've eaten more, but satisfied. If you're a larger person, a 10" pizza won't fill you up I'd say. Quality of the pizza wasgood and it was cooked perfectly. Would recommend. Read more
The staff is great in this facility! They are always friendly to us and make the food as we ask. The work conditions are... unsatisfactory! I recommend fixing the air conditioning because although there is an oven, it should not be 85 degrees in thedining area. I also recommend placing blinds on the windows. Around 7:15 PM these poor souls are trying to make food for peopleand they can't see anything! Read more
Disappointment in a recent order purchased from the Your Pie Pizza located at 7550 Granby St. This is one of those situations... that make you madder on other levels. I ordered a pizza to go and I am sure like many of you the way you feel and see that yourorder is basically inedible. I got home and I should have checked in the restaurant but the pizza was completely burned. Usually service is great but this time the pizza was not up to the usual standards. Don?t believe me check the pictureyourself. Once I got home and opened the box to see the pizza I was tired and I knew I was not going to go back out. Icontacted the restaurant but nothing heard about my issue. Some may say I should have checked my pizza but is it at a pointwhere you need to check everything a person does? Here I am letting you know that I guess it is good to check your pizzasbefore leaving. Hopefully this is just a one off but a little attention to detail would have helped in this situation. Read more
Well, I spent $65 on 2 pizzas and an order of cheese bread. The nicest thing I can say is the cheese bread was pretty good. Our... white pie had next to no cheese, and the crust was so undercooked that it looked like wonder bread. The pepperoni pizza only hadtoppings on 3 of the slices, and same issue with the crust. They were both cut like a 5 year old did it, and arrived stone cold.Im actually shocked by just how terrible the pizza was... And I would have preferred the $6 pizza at 7-11 to this garbage.
