To Go: They always seem to forget something in our to go orders. Sometimes it's the southwest ranch or this last time it was a... large order or fries. The food is good but we don't to often because the takeout usually takes longer than the expected time andthey forget things. In Restaurant: much better service and help from staff then to go. First time to BWW. Not impressed. Wasn't busy when we got there, party of 4. Server was nice and very apologetic when our food... took forever, like over 40 minutes. Absolutely freezing in there, even the guys who are never cold thought it was chilly, whichis unheard of. Counted at least 35 TVs, it was really just too busy and distracting. I did enjoy the background music, the onlyplus. Thought things were a little pricey for a wing joint. Portions were small. 3 meals got cold waiting for the 4th to getdone. Food was decent, but not impressive. As we were leaving, neither person at the front desks/host area said anything; no'goodbye,' have a nice evening,' thank you,' nothing, no acknowledgement at all. Wedge salad. Brown lettuce two pieces of chicken almost zero sauce and so called bacon. Wonderful experience ????
It's not really an issue of people. The food here is corporate and very obviously all cooked from prefab items to an extent... that it becomes gross. This location i've been to several times, and it's great. Good Service. But the food is just bland,plain, and the most factory/it comes in bags kinda food I've had. No hate on the location. It's just what they are. You wanta sports bar for sports and socialization? Go ahead, have a great time. Food? You're better off elsewhere. Read more
The time before we ordered here our sons kids meal burger was undercooked and it was pink on the inside, but the wings were... great. We decided to give them another chance we just ordered wings and nachos this time and the wings were so overcooked thebones were split... Whoever is cooking here sucks and i don't think we will be ordering from here again. It sucks but it is whatit is they aren't the only place that sells wings. Read more
Please just avoid this place at all costs. Between the cold food and the rude "general manager," Jessica -- it just isnt worth... the disappointment. It really isn't hard to be nice to people but Jessica for sure made it seem like it. I used to like BDUBSbut this place has become trash over the last year. Read more
