Ching's was, at one point, my preferred Chinese food destination, but after I ate it the last time, I just felt like some things... were off. Ingredients weren't as fresh and there was just A LOT of oil involved such that I didn't feel well the next day. Theystill do a good job and I LOVE their donuts, but there are better spots in town. Very disappointing. Ordered a fried rice, two appetizers, and two entrees - one beef and one chicken. The cost was $65 (!!)... before delivery fees and tips, the meat in both entrees was very low quality, and the chicken had been horribly overdone in thefryer. I'm not very picky, but this was really bad and way overpriced. Certainly wouldn't order from here again. Read more
Got sweet and sour pork, the pork was over done so was hard to chew. The pork fried rice was good.

Best Chinese food in Normal. Been eating their lunch special twice a month for 5 or so years. Tried 40 things and liked them... all. Always hot and fresh. Try the Shrimp Lo Mein!! If you like it spicy, they will go crazy spicy for you!!! Read more

Horrible.I?m a huge fan of Chinese food, but If I tried it from here first tht will not be the case. Worst food I ever ate.... Tasteless probably stale they said roast pork but the food had about 7 almost invisible pieces of whatever that was. I waslooking forward to it yesterday but my husband and I were Very disappointed.
