I use to go here regularly because it's a block from my house , of the 3 times I went within the last year they messed up the... order 2/3 times. Today was 3/4 times. I got a coffee with 5 cream/sugar / Carmel, my girlfriend who drinks the same thing butwith 7 creamers said that it was even too much for her. I'd assume they put atleast 9. Rude! Unprofessional. 2:30 pm on Sat Aug 20th woman claimed to be the manager refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Was so... out of line. I asked for a frozen coffee and was given such attitude like I was a problem. Last I checked this was a coffeeplace. I don't even feel comfortable drinking or eating there after that.
