Very nice store but not worth the travel. Especially on weekends, I would recommend going out of the way to the more seasoned... store. Wait time to pick up online order was over 20min with many cars simply leaving the drive through from frustration. Read more
I was so excited to get a Dunkin closer to my house but I?ve been here quite a few times and they have only have 2 nice... employees. I was thrilled when I found out Dunkin was opening a new location. But my after multiple experiences, I would rather drive out... of my way to get it from another store. I appreciate that there are people showing up to work, but they are SO UNORGANIZED eachtime I go here. Today I placed a mobile order and went inside the store to pick it up. I waited about 5 minutes for 2 drinksand then another 10-15 minutes for a sandwich. The employee who took my order kept reassuring me that it was being made by thegrill but instead it was sitting in the drive thru orders the entire time. Time slip said it was done at 11:42 but it didn?t gethanded to me until 12:07. No apologies or customer service skills shown in this store. They lost me as a customer. Read more
Have been through the drive thru a few times and have had my orders made incorrectly. It?s a new store so I think it?s... understandable as most people are learning. I went inside today for the first time and it was very uncomfortable. I am not sureif it was a manager or not, but one of the employees seemed very on edge and was acting a bit over the top. The other employeesseemed a little embarrassed by the attitude but they handled it well. I felt guilty being there because of how stressed out thisperson seemed. They were VERY busy and I?m sure extremely overwhelmed so maybe it was just a one time deal. Over all, I am happywith this location. Read more
Order two drinks and food online. I received my drinks. I have been waiting for 10 minutes to get my food and the lady waits on... four other people and didn't say a word to me and walks away. I had leave without my food so I wouldn't be late for work. I willnever go to this dunkins again. Read more
New store was gorgeous, but the feeling given off behind the counter by the stressed employees was pretty overwhelming. The... manager was talking louder than necessary and speaking very curtly to staff and was just plain rude. You could tell that staffwere very uncomfortable and stressed. The manager interrupted me ordering to correct her employee putting it in the computer.The employee then missed part of my order and then filled the other part wrong. I didn't say anything mostly because I didn'twant the employee to get ridiculed by the manager more. Read more
Great location, fast and friendly service, VERY clean and spacious restaurant- they have many tables as well as lounge style... seating. The ?on-tap? is also at this restaurant and is a great concept. Overall the whole building is very well set up.Definitely the nicest Dunkin location I?ve been to. Read more
This was my first time going to this DD location. I went here before taking my kids to school, forever long line (but ok). Place... my order, screen was out (but ok), get to the window to place my order and pay. T lady told me to wait a min while I thought shewas collecting my order together she was putting together someone else?s order and adding to my time that was already depletingfor my kids to not be late to school. I gather my ordered items and down the road I go, only to discover she ordered my coffeewrong. So after taking my kids to school I drove back and waited in another long line in the drive through, because I have anewborn and didn?t want to bring her inside, for my order to finally be complete and right. No gift card or anything tocompensate Me for my wasted time. She did apologize, which was nice but even Starbucks and Chick fil a give out gift cards forinconveniences.
