Had a wonderful dinner at Logans. Food was good, atmosphere was nice. But what really made it special was our server, Karissa.... She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It has been a while since we were so wowed by such wonderful customer serviceskills, she has a real gift!! Elevated the entire experience and left a lasting impression of great service. Absolutely a great dining experience. Food was excellent but the service was even better. Karissa our server was phenomenal, she... was very attentive to our needs. My wife and I have very different pallets and Karissa understood that and made sure our foodwas perfect. Karissa is customer first on every level of our experience. Everything was very good. From the server to the food we all left full and happy. We were all very happy with the salmon, crab... cakes and shrimp dishes we ordered. Even though we had no complaints about the portion of the salmon, the manager sent out asecond piece because she thought the first one looked small. Who does that?!!!! Very happy with the Logan's. Took the family out for steak and wasn't disappointed. The new york strip was cooked just the way I like it. The only thing... better than the food was the service. Our server Karissa made sure our meal was perfect and that our drinks were always toppedoff. Kudos to her! Read more
