If I could give 0 starts I would. For one the employee struggled severely when I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with large fry... and large drink then as I left I noticed I got charged for an extra large fry that I did not order nor wanted. Asked for 1 extraBBQ which it did get wrong in but I did not receive it so I have 1 BBQ sauce to share between my 6 nuggets and my kids 6 nuggetsand the fries are cold and taste old and customers were having to go up to ask for things like straws and lids and I said heyyour out of large lid and he says yeah I know and I?m just like well can I get one. Asked for a drink carrier and got one of thedoor dash carriers which makes it hard as heck to carry everything. Spent $28 on food that taste awful and on an extra fry thatwe don?t need nor want. It took way too long to get an order of fries and a drink (fries were almost cold and I had to get my own cup). Staff seemed... like they didn't care about anything but drive thru. Bathrooms were nasty (urine covering the floor by the toilet with gnatsflying everywhere). Liquid leaking out underneath the trash can by the front entry door. It was incredibly busy and two of the four ordering Kiosks were down. It appeared to be short staffed so it's not the fault of... the workers. It just wasn't a great experience as I had to wait for about 20 mins for two sandwiches. Read more
Completely f-ing rude. Morning staff seems to be good but the pm shift cuss like sailors and think it?s funny to argue. I... ordered a sweet tea and didn?t get it. Looked on the ticket it wasn?t even rang up. I said can I please Get a sweet tea? Ladysaid ?it wasn?t on their? I said I asked for one and it wasn?t rang up I understand the mistake. I will pay for it noproblem.she said ?I guess I?ll just get it for you? like am I not a paying nice customer?? I wasn?t complaining I simply said Iwanted a tea! This was the fastest, most efficient, and delicious trip to a McDonald?s I have had in a while. Pulled into the drive through... and, although they had a long line, that line moved very fast and they took our order very professionally. We moved up to payand the lady there was extremely friendly and nice and when we got our food, all of it was delicious. The cheeseburgers weren?tburnt, the fries weren?t soggy, and everything was exactly as we ordered it! I am extremely impressed. Read more
Really need to work on their customer service skills instead of treating their customers like their dogs throwing their orders... onto a tray store was not clean customer service was terrible order was completely heinous usually they read your order back toyou and this case no because some person had an attitude issue and they take it out on on customers I would never come backthere again Read more
