I dread visiting this location . The food is good and the people working here are nice enough, but waiting 20 minutes in line... for fast food pretty much any time I've been here at night is painful... Lobby closes at like 10pm so even if you're justpicking up an already-made door dash order, you have to wait in line. Jesse who works in the drive thru once showed up at myhouse and his cousins tied me up and made me live in his tool shed for 34 days before I finally alerted the neighbors via animprovised smoke signal. Absolute trainwreck. Not sure how a place can be such a mess without trying to be. Roll the dice what aspect they will mess up... but rest assured they will mess up. This last visit, I gave up trying to place my order and went elsewhere. Read more
As others point out, not open 24 hours. Went around midnight, they helped the car in front of me and then ignored me. Watched me... through the window and all and didn't come and say anything. I'm assuming they were closing, but please just use your brain andsay "sorry we're closed" instead of wasting a person's time. Read more

This place is in fact not open 24 hours so I do not get why it would say that it is. Change the hours online so people don?t... waste a drive to the only apparent place open to get food. Wasting what little time a 3rd shifter might have to go grab aburger.. Read more
This McDonald?s is supposed to be 24hours drive thru service. I went there at 3am after leaving the bar and the drive thru menu... was turned off. I pulled to the first window and was able to see people inside and I tried to get their attention and theytreated me like they didn?t see me. I would not recommend going to this McDonald?s. This McDonald?s constantly lies to me and I?m a very chill person if you can?t do something just let me know you can?t, but when... I ask for 3 fresh burritos with extra cheese, they grabbed 3 from the back unwrapped them put more cheese and then wrapped themand heated them up! I didn?t cause a seen but it was I unpleasant that I had to eat warm burritos that I asked to be fresh. Thisconstantly happens and I never did a review but I?m sick of it now! Read more
It seems that starting every night after the lobby closes, the drive-thru starts to pile up so badly that people are basically... in the intersection. Why would you allow mobile and DoorDash orders at this point, when you know it could cause people to beparked in the street and leave the possibility open for an accident? And I know you are able to turn off DoorDash orderstemporarily. I'm sick of trying to do orders only to get there and finding that I have to unassign due to your incompetence andlack of any sort of common sense. Also, if you are going to be so busy, you need to have both speakers open to take orders, andnot just put that parking cone there to block off one lane. Imagine if the lobby was open longer, and people didn't have to parkin between Main and Beaufort just to get a burger.
